My only hope, but always rarely happened, is that they do not rush out and compact/crammed everything in 12/13 episodes.

Well... this was a pretty relaxing episode.
Nothing big happened this time, except the fact his granpa invented that potion he used on Babu and Rea.
The fan service part was kinda LOL
Rea was being pushy and weird towards Wanko.
Kissing Furuya ^^ just what came over Rea?
Looks like she needs to eat some of those poisonous flowers like Babu.

So grandpa did in fact write down the recipe for the resurrection formula. Grandpa might be the best character. Well looks like they figure out about the leaves next ep. That's what Ranko gets for being annoying.

Finally managed to see the ep. Not many major departures from the manga, though the scene with Ranko and that junior is anime-only IIRC. And also that delicious yuri rape-

Although the most surprising thing about this episode for me was at the preview, where we find out the origin of Mero's name. Don't think the manga had that tidbit, so it caught me completely by surprise

Grandpa is a boss. I kind of figured he was probably at least part-zombie a few episodes ago when they talked about him eating the hydrangea, but now I'll be really disappointed if he's not.

Here in Mexico it is normal to salute relatives with handshakes and even kisses, I have yet to see an scene when any member of the family touches gramps skin to skin for any reason at all.
The closest is when gramps came out of the water and jumped into Mero-chan, who blocked him with the supermarket bag (either she is already used to the old man antics or she keeps her cool at all times).

Wanko is maximally cute. And episode 5 is quite eye opening (also in the source material but it just seems more intense animated).

No, actually I didn't, because I skipped the majority of it. But really the only interesting part seemed to be Ranko and Rea first encounter, if I can call it that
I hope next episode they will progress with the plot and don't waste an entire episode to figure out what Rea need to eat!
