After last weekend’s cast introduction for the live action film of Prison School, MBS broadcasts a promo for the fall drama, which is based on Akira Hiramoto’s manga. Noboru Iguchi, an AV filmaker turned director of gross-out and over-the-top flicks like Machine Girl, Zombie Ass, and Robogeisha is helming the production. The broadcast will start airing on October 25th on TBS and MBS in the late night slot, which previously featured Shohei Manabe’s Ushima the Loan Shark manga adaptation.

That's a pretty accurate looking cast...except Andre.

I don't think its possible to have a life action Andrew.

Might see how this goes just for the director, Assman is awesome in both manga and anime, hope it works in live adaption too.

Uh, how are they gonna do this agai- know what? I'm not gonna ask anymore

. Seeing as how the anime actually managed to be shown on air, a film version which is more "liberal" in a sense should be able to do this justice in live action form...I think..Anyway, not really looking forward to it, but am gonna see how it goes once I get the chance.

Just when you thought it couldn't get any more extreme...

I'm not going to watch it, but I expect it to get through to the targeted audience, should be a fair attempt at it.

I've never watched a live action version of any Anime before but I will have to check this one out. So many WTF moments I'm really curious to see how it translates.

Should have gotten Hitomi Tanaka to play Meiko.

anyway i am waiting for this series popular enough to be adapted by south korea later
