Yes it did, it said she is Elise - 34, which is how they designate Queens. Reread the start of chapter 31, they identified her as E34 which went missing 55 years ago.

What a plot twist! So it turns out Anne is Pray's daughter!
Anne was the result of Pray losing her first and late friend Fion(who resembles Anne) and wishing for a friend which led to her to giving birth to Anne, which only Milo the priest knew.
(Ironically, Anne was born on Christmas Day.)
Despite their loses and the aliens numbers, the humans manage to defeat the aliens and Anne finally killed Pray.
Now to wait for the season finale.

Chapter 75 Episode 0 finale.

With their Queen dead, the aliens are in disarray, allowing the humans to destroy their nest.
Anne, despairing over killing her friend Pray (and unknown to her, her mother) tries to kill herself but is stopped by Fear, a Type 0 alien, and Pray's 2nd daughter and Anne's sister.

Fear, for the first time speaking, tells Anne to live because that's what "mother would have wanted for her" before leaving with Pray's body.

The survivors on the planet finally leave while the space fleet destroys the aliens on the planet. Milo has a conversation with a knight who has seen Fear's eyes, which resembles a human. And Milo reminisce the old times with Pray and Anne.

Finally, the first episode is finished. Really hope that Japanzai will keep up with others Episode and if possible, the Father's Day too (if they can get their hand on the raw)
