As long as their dirty misdeeds are not revealed, I'd say the 4 most known to readers (Yotsuba, Saegusa, Ichijou, Kudou) have the best chance to be selected to the Ten Master Clans.

-Yotsuba is guaranteed because of their huge power with Maya, Tatsuya and Miyuki in it.
-Ichijou is probably guaranteed too because it has Masaki who is a national asset.
-Saegusa should be as well since they're the 2nd most powerful family.
-Kudou very likely because it has Lina who is related and Retsu who is the de facto leader of the Japanese Magic Community.

Oh right, Juumonji is the 3rd most powerful family so it is very likely. Lina has blood relations to the Kudou family.

Why would Lina matter when she is related to Retsu's brother who basically broke off and decided to live in the USNA. At this point, Lina's a USNA officer who has nothing to do with internal 10MC politics.

No, I am certain the Kudous can't brag about her. It's much more likely that they brag about Minoru even though he's sick.

Jumonji already ascertained the status quo by Katsuto's active role in Yokohama incident and the fact that they are currently ranked no.3 in power.

I wonder whether the rest of 10 MC will be introduced in the volume. I couldn't even remember their name., 4 anonymous 10MC clans.

Though I believe Mayumi probably will do something stupid and get her best friends to help her.

Another idea is Mari confronts Tatsuya because she knows Mayumi has feelings for Tatsuya.

I can see the fear spreading among the other students at First High faster than the respect. Tatsuya and Miyuki are members and future leaders of the Clan responsible for hunting down Magicians who break the Law and the Yotsuba do have a reputation for taking revenge against anyone who offends them.
