It should be. According to the Horizon Soundtrack list, on disc-2:
21．通し道歌・ダンスバージョン <-- song of Passage
歌：葵・喜美（CV.斎藤千和） <-- Sung by Kimi's voice actor

Edit: Sorry, forgot to add. I believe the OST will be released Jan 25. I forgot it got delayed @_@

I wonder if the version of that epic soundtrack from the end of ep.9 that got used in the last ep, where Horizon has her flashback will be a separate track on the OST or not. A lot of times animes use different versions of a soundtrack for different scenes/purposes but they only have the original one. I kinda want both versions.

The Special CD 1 has 1 Kimi image song (I'm not gonna say the image song, cause I've got a feeling that we'll be seeing more later on), the instrumental, and the a capella of the Song of Passage.

Hoshi matsuri just doesn't feel right for Chiwa's voice though IMO. She's more of a laid back song kinda singer. But the song totally fits Kimi's character though. Flashy and powerful.

If you mean Hoshi Matsuri, it's in the Special CD, not the OST.

They are great, but admittedly, I don't remember half of the song in the OST CD being played in the anime or not.
