Well, there's not much to go by. The bit where Signum teases Fate about failing her Enforcer qualification exam is rather amusing, though (StrikerS manga, ch03). And of course there's the "alternate interpretation" of the Signum vs. Nanoha fight in the After Days chapter (probably a repost):

Yeah, that's about right, although the 3-7 area isn't very clear-cut (and could change in a hurry if we ever saw development in Due, Deed, and Sette's personalities).
