If misaka there first she would strike her with several lightning slap for groping her in public then drag him back to hospital or beside him (forcefully) all the way fighting both Nemesis kakine and brain eating fräulein before converting her to his devotees

P.S : a bit out of context...let's just say..suddenly your country announced they are building a city like academy city, what is your reaction?

For me as long there nobody like aleister as the chairman I guess it will be fine?

That reminds me of something, that idiot was still unable to process that the one he groped was actually Miko-chin ... and that despite he realized it wasn't Thor ... density at its max, congratulation Kamijou-kun, you've reached a new level (>w>)b

Kakine was released by the Kihara, not Aleister.

And didn't you read? He kept her imprisoned because he couldn't find a way to kill her.
