Ninjutsu (kekkei genkai)
Name: sendo kawaki
Element: maikuroha

Effect: Human bodies consist of 80% water. Sendo Kawaki uses microwaves to make the target's blood boil. This is a painful procedure of course.
The user emits microwaves towards the enemy. However, the distance is only short- to mid-range (probably 12m max.) and the angle is about 15 deg. If the user touches his target's head with his hand and releases the microwaves, the target will nearly instantly die as the effieciency of the jutsu scales with the range. The constant release of dense chakra through the palm drains the user's chakra quickly.

This technique belongs to the Suihou clan from the land of the grass.
Unfortunately, the Suihou are born with the Polymorphous light eruption (PLE), which is caused by an immune reaction to a compound in the skin which is altered by exposure to ultraviolet light, so they wear complete dark-red body suits with metalized masks and light-green goggles. The gloves have lenses worked in the palms.

Any damage to their special warsuits is life-threatening to them. To give them some advantage, they prefer doing their missions at dawn, yet they have to work together with other ninjas from the village and can't always have it their way.

The Suihou clan is known to prefer the kusari-gama, which is suited well for their fighting style.

Lol no not lately... I'v been too busy with real world stuff that I haven't got the time to focus on any ideas. I'll get an idea about something to write up one of these days .

AuroraFlash- I like the idea. The jutsu doesn't have any flaws that I can tell from a quick read over. I also like the clan.

Sukunai wears a baige shirt with one long sleeve and bandage around the other arm. He wears short baige pants with bandage from his knee's to his ankles. He carries a tanto on his lower back. He wears a black bandana type headband with the Iwagakure symbol on a metal plate. Under his normal attire, he wears a iron chest plate and two coils around his shoulders.

Description- The user will harden their body using the Earth element. It will work to defend against attacks and give Sukunai great offensive power. He uses it during everything, showing how skilled he is at masking his own chakra.

Description- The caster will create multiple clones of earth that rise from the ground. Unlike Kage Bushin (Shadow Clone) and Mizu Bushin (Water Clone), these Clones are much denser and stronger.

Biography- The Nephew of the Current Tsuchikage, Oonoki, Sukunai is a prideful young man. He lost his parents during the Third Great Shinobi War, and was taken in by his mothers much older brother. He raised Sukunai into a strong and powerful young man. Upon his 14th Birthday, Sukunai was given the attire his father wore during the war. He was one of the top ninja in Iwagakure and sought the role of Tsuchikaze. During this time, Iwagakure was attacked by Kusagakure. Sukunai showed great prowess during this battle. For this he was dubbed Sukunai no Kabe (lit Sukunai the Wall) . He was nicknamed this for by his ability to harden his skin and use the Doton: Domu technique. Years later, when he was 19 he spent a couple months in Konoha during the mutual time Iwa and Konoha had. When he was 21, Konoha was attacked by Otogakure and Sunagakure and he allied with them during the attack. After the attack, he exited Konoha and told his uncle of the previous battle. Iwa's elders dubbed it to soon to become allies with Konoha and the mutual time ended. About three years later, his Uncle was called to a meeting of the Kage's and Sukunai wanted to escort Oonoki to the meeting. Oonoki told him that he couldn't go because if something happened to him, Sukunai would take over the role as Rokudaime Sukunai. Sukunai took this as a gesture of love and decided to stay back.

Riku no Tentou
(Land of Heaven)

For countless centuries, mankind has looked upon the heavens for guidance and aid. The numerous religions of the land all share the same thought of deities living amongst the clouds, watching over them. Very few know how true this actually is.

Riku no Tentou, the Land of Heaven, lies within the very clouds themselves. Large masses of land float upon them, supported by magic that has yet to be heard by any likes of man. Upon these masses, these islands of the sky, live the Tengu.

While ancient legends make them out to be mischievous spirits, guardians of the faithful and tempting demons, the Tengu are in fact the remnants of an ancient race, having existed millenia before humanity. Over the generations, their population dwindled to the point that their main settlements among Riku no Tentou remain their last great city, the only proof of their former glory.

Many of the Tengu see the rise of humans as the cause of their downfall, and they resent them for it. Others see humans as a curiosity, and watch them for ages on end. Nigh immortal, many tengu boast of seeing whole human nations rise and fall, only to begin again anew. The current age of ninja is of particular interest to them, as the emergence of amazing human abilities has only added to the Tengu's interest in the creatures.

As the years come and go, Tentou no Riku remains unseen by the humans, but on occasion, a Tengu descends from the celestial land to mingle with the people below...

The Tengu are a long-lived race of bird-people who live within Riku no Tentou. The average age of a Tengu is around 2500 to 3000 years, though many elders are within their 5000's. Due to their long lives, most tengu become very wise and are unparalleled masters in whatever craft they choose. Tengu are considered adults around 300 years, and through these years learn much in the way of combat, discipline, and chivalry.

After the young tengu comes of age, they are permitted to choose the craft of their choice, be it war, metal working, academic, artistry or any other profession. After choosing, the tengu devotes themselves completely to their craft, slowly and surely becoming absolute masters throughout their lives. These masters, at this point old of age, find apprentices in another generation, and pass their knowledge to continue on. Elderly Tengu then act as advisers and leaders, providing guidance and wisdom for their younger kin.

As mentioned before, most Tengu don't care for humanity, and do their best to completely ignore them at all costs. Many others, however, show great interest in the world of man. Some Tengu will go so far as to fly down to the earth below to experience human life first-hand. Disguising themselves as normal people, many have lived centuries amongst humanity, some even managing to bear children with human partners, despite it being a forbidden act amongst Tengu law.

In the ways of combat, Tengu are nearly unmatched. Having centuries of rigorous training behind them, a powerful Tengu can level a patch of trees with nothing but a forceful flap of a wing. In ancient times, a Tengu fighting within a human battle often meant a dozen lost feathers, and a thousand lost men. However, in the recent age of ninja, humans are becoming worthwhile opponents.

The powers of chakra and ninjutsu for humans is matched by the Tengu's arsenal of celestial magic (Mahou no Ten). The abilities of magic grant Tengu amazing powers, many of which rival A and S rank jutsu among men. This vast power doesn't come without cost, however. Most of these magics require dedicated chants and incantations which take much more time than human hand-signs.

The preferred weapon for Tengu is the polearm. Spears, naginata, bo, and many others. The use of a polearm while dealing with cumbersome wings is a great challenge for many Tengu, and mastery of it is an act of great respect and honor. The Tengu also typically wear caped pauldrons, shoulder guards draped with the color and symbol of their respective families. Other armor depends on the individual, though most have some form of protective gear to show their status as a warrior.


OKAY!! That's done! Geez, took me about fifteen thousand hours to write all of that! Anyway, like I said before, I don't know if anyone has done anything like this before, and if so, I apologize. I think I've been overusing Kikaigakure for my characters, and I need to try drawing something other than armored dudes. Now I can draw armored BIRD dudes! ... ... Damn it.

Also, if you can't tell, I completely SUCK at drawing wings.

I like it. The Suihou clan sounds more like ninjas to me and I expect them to look pretty cool. What exactly are the downsides of the bloodline limit? Is the reach supposed to be a downside factor?

Heh, thanks. What really sucks is that I've never tried drawing anything like a tengu before, so it's all completely foreign to me. I've been trying to draw their leader, an old human-like tengu, but drawing one like the old Japanese paintings is hard as hell! Oh well, maybe the 7th attempt will work out...

By casting down his arm, he can create a blast of fire that will incinerate anything in his path, wheter it be enemy or ally.

Description- Similar to most Bushin Jutsu, Katon Bushin will mold clones from fire. These clones can take hits and simply reform the strucken area. The clone can also attach and spread over any area.

Biography
When he was born , Suì Niǎo was on the brink of death. His now late mother, made a deal with a spirit named Bái Gān ér. The deal was that Suì Niǎo would live healthy with the life energy of Bai Gan er, and his mother would die. She knew of the risk and took his place in the after world. Suì Niǎo grew up hated by his family. His father hated him for taking his mothers life and his older brother despised him for housing a demon. He grew cold and changed his happy views to sinister and dark views. One day he encountered Roshi, the container for the 4 Tailed Demon who trained Sui Niao. Sui Niao mastered the Bai Gan er chakra implanted in him and mastered a secret Fire jutsu. After Roshi's capture at the hands of Kisame Hoshigaki, Sui Niao remembered his masters last words to him. He told Sui to smile and go with it. He followed this and has kept a happy personality since. His current wereabouts are unknown.

Im really lazy nd well im lookin at all these differet jutsu ppl r makin up nd I jus decided to throw in the most obvious one.
Umm the jutsu will be called.......Instant-death and it doesnt require any handseals u just have to want to kill the dewd. No eye contact required just thinking bout it works. But it can only be used by a clan of mops from rain country because its a blood limit lol. and umm no1 knows about this because evry1 who finds out is killed by a mop ninja. The drawbacks to this technique is that......well there aren't any drawbacks lol. MOPS PWN ALL!!!!!

There is one drawback. Mop ninja are vulnerable to heavy grease jutsus. One well placed heavy grease ball, and the mop is too heavy and caked over to be of any use.

Seriously dude, lazy or not, you can do better than that.

Biography
Born in the Village Hidden in the Snow, Xuěshé was born with a unique hair color. His hair was teal and he was a dark teal and he was thought to be a messanger. Therefore he was taught a secret technique called Lěng Gēnqián that gave him the heart of an ice demon. The demon was actually a former Snow Village Leader who had a knack for dark spells. The technqiue gave Xuěshé incredible powers. Due to him still being a child he has not shown any type of excellency in the battlefield and has no real background.
