Who is the coolest character in Naruto?

Wait a second...hasn't Itachi been introduced like 3-4 times by that point in the anime? I mean sure he hasn't showed up in his coolest form but he's been shown multiple times in flashbacks...

As much as I dislike the over the top power of the sharingan, I have to give the Uchiha boys some credit in the "cool" category. Although after Sasuke left the village he lost some points in my book. In some ways Itachi seems more "bad ass" than "cool" though. But at the same time aren't they pretty much the same thing? Zabuza pretty much only had the "bad ass" thing going for him and it seemed to work for him.

More cool than them in my book has to be Gaara and Shikaku Nara. I mean Gaara's whole fighting style is based on just standing there looking cool. Every once in a while he makes a few hand motions (Most of which are fairly cool as well). Then you have Shikamaru's dad...anyone who does the "cool guy" lean against a wall while very nonchalantly killing off enemy ninja gets some serious cool points.

Nope, He was only mentioned by Sasuke (as Only to want to kill him) and Oro, and as much a silhouette of Him, so is really hard to tell if he is cool just by that.

1- The fourth - he was pretty sweet in the Kakashi Gaiden
2- shino- he's got the power of the bugs, nothing stated yet can stop him
3- shikamaru- you have to admire the fact that his IQ is over 200
4- Kakashi- he developed chidori on his own at age 13 or whateve without help from the sharingan
5- Asuma- he is just a kick-ass character that has a cool atitude
6- Kiba or kabuto- Kiba has akamaru= huge dog to ride around on. Kabuto- more mysterious than cool. Seems a bit unstable

I like Shino and his attitude but your point is little funny .. i mean they r bugs ..
Fire, cremate them all, wind, they cant come close to u, water they will drawn, well earth, can they brake rock or attack through ground ?

yes well, that is very very true. I think with shino's sneakiness, he could manage basically tearing apart an enemy. I mean if they don't know what his powers are or not, I think he would somehow create some hole- that what his attitude says to me. That he is reserved, but can really get the job done.

Obviously it isn't Naruto since the creator clearly hates him, so I'll go with Shino...The lack of screentime plus the lack of ever being truley pawned, add the shades and always right without being a pompus about it tone to his voice and you have your generic cool character with the added fun of a misterioso-factor which doesn't hurt...

The best guy has to be Itachi. Anybody who wipes out their own clan just to test their capacity is a threat. Next I would say Sasuke after the time span he is just and animal. Last I would say Gaara, i put him last because once he become good he got screwed. I knew gaara was cool when I saw the chunnin exam and he stopped to kill those guys because they looked at him the wrong way!
