I can tell you what Kirei objective is and that is to hijacked the plot at the end, like he did in the True Ending of the Heaven Feel Route of Fate Stay Night.

Doubt it, Keiri seems different, but who knows. Perhaps the rest of Illya's family comes in somehow from her world and starts beating Julian senseless as if he were nothing, thus stealing Illya's spot light.

Basicly who knows, but we will find out.

Wouldn't Kuro's existence count as something similar to the Third Magic? She's not a true "materialization of the soul", since she's only part of the soul "Illya" and is not stable, but she seems to be an existence similar to a Servant, in that she is a (portion of a) "soul", manifested into a body by the (heavily modified Prismaverse version of the) Grail system, that requires mana to continue to exist. Since Servants are an incomplete usage of Third Magic, IIRC, couldn't she be come from similar origins?

Who knows, probably since Kuro was created from part of the archer card and illya who is also the grail vessel.

Still chapter 28 and 29 leave more questions than answers. Like the truth behind that sword, why it became illya's hand, and why Jullian disappeared like that.

What did Jullian mean by counterfeit exactly and who sent that sword.

I bet we see Julian again later.

Sorry for my rambling just there are more questions than answers and with all the build up to what should have been climatic ending.
