Original TV anime 'Release the Spyce'announced.

Plot/Premise:

The anime begins with a lone high school girl named Momo (pictured in second image above), attending a high school in the city of Sorasaki. Unbeknownst to everyone, Momo is an agent who works for the private intelligence agency Tsukikage, that protects the city and its people. Under the tutelage of her senior Yuki, and her other friends, they keep the peace in the city. The story will eventually focus on six high school girls.

Looks like it could be good fun. You do get a lighter Princess Principal feel from the PV.

If nothing else the first few episodes should be worth checking out.

~Yami~ a random Indonesian otaku Join Date: Dec 2009 Location: Xanadu Age: 32	so I attend C3AFAID and they showed first two episodes for us Spoiler for ep 1-2: Basically, it's like a brighter version of Princess Principal The enemies are not that evil.. most are dealing with weapon smuggling, etc so I am quite sure it won't turn darker all of a sudden... probably just some betrayal plot twist Momo is just like a mainstream protagonist.. clumsy, cheerful, bright, smile a lot, and full with friendship power... but she is truly skillful so she actually could carry some missions properly The other characters are... normal I mean.... you could see them risking their life in one mission.. then next episode they might sing and dance together in school festival yeah it's that kind of anime.. not plot-heavy, cutesy stuffs The opening song is not that bad though I might watch this for first 1-4 episodes
