Shouldn't it be "Virgil" of La Divina Commedia? She used to say it's not the name of the German godess but the one who guide Battler to Beatrice's, at the top of Purgatory. But the pronunciation is a bit different...I'm bewildered |

Finally finished reading it
I liked it a lot, better than the firts two, but sometimes the excess of magic annoyed me a bit, like that battle of magical towers, giants, spears and shields and that 'fight' of beato and eva-b at the last chapter Probably everything is commented by now I'll try too bring something new, anyway Quote:

The windows are manually locked/unlocked from inside without the need of keys, if I'm not mistaken (well, my house is like that too, hehehe). And since I also do not remember anything contrary to this, it will be my hypothesis. (probatio diabolica) This helps solving the chain of secret rooms later. Spoiler:

Well,
Maybe was too naive here but I believed this part: 留弗夫は石を振り上げ、ガラスに何度も叩き付けた。 やがて、外から鍵を開けることのできる程度に、上手に穴を開けるのに成功した。 …留弗夫はハンカチで手を庇いながら、その穴に手を突っ込み、慎重に鍵を開ける。 ...when I supposed the windows can be locked/unlocked without the need of keys. And there's also the part when George escapes from the guest house. I thought he had opened the window (without keys), and then someone closed it after. (Battler's guess) Well but this red text ちなみに、6つの部屋の扉や窓はいずれも普通。オートロックのような鍵を使用せず施錠できるよ うな仕掛けは 存在しない。 Indeed, blows my theory away anyway Can't we exclude the window manual lock from 施錠できるよ うな仕掛け?? As for the boiler room Maybe the front and backdoor are locked/unlocked with the same original key. Quote:
And as for the this stuff of: 'furniture is not human, so they are not included in the 18'; In my opinion, it'd be way too much. It would not be, let's say, reasonable in my opinion, from Ryuukishi's part. It would be like admit that non-human beings indeed exist (and then, fantasy wins over mystery). And I see no problem with '魔女≠人間' because the Witch simply does not exist (well, I think... hehe), or at least can't meddle in the human world. Ria's argument is easier to solve things for Nanjo's murder than going into this way. And Kinzo being dead from before things start would be interesting... But I also don't believe it. Way too many people would have to know about it; Nanjo, Krauss, his wife, the servants... And a big bunch of episode 1 would have to be deemed as illusion/demence/lie/cover up. As for the riddle: I have no idea, really . Weak memory sucks... From where is this info, please? heheheh

Alot more things have came out into the open, many rooms suddenly becoming extremely open rooms, and the several loopholes that most likely mean the answer of the mystery.
The furniture thing might make sense, but that would mean that there would be 3 people outside from that. I think the argument is that furniture =/= people but ARE human in a way.

Oh yeah indeed. I actually forgot completely about that detail in episode 2.
That said, I can certainly confirm there isn't any of this in episode 3 (well, we never see that room at all in this episode).

It's okay. It clears my suspicious after all
Well, if we never see the room in this ep. it doesn't mean there's nothing at this ep. so maybe there's still a chance for it to happen but nobody found out about it. I'm going to think more about all of the clue until now |

Aaahh,
going nuts here Well, you're right about the boiler room, peroyasha I did read 設けられてなかった as 'not built, not created' () However I checked the dictionary (http://dic.yahoo.co.jp/) and it gives it as a synonym of 用意する
