Start with chapter 42 or 43 (new arc). You can choose to skip 75, since it was essentially the last episode of S2.

Season 2 ends at the Nagase Capture Arc, meaning it ends at chapter 41. Episode 12 covers chapter 75.
The Tenri Hen OVA covered chapters 57 to 65.
Season 3 should start at chapter 114.

Meaning.......a ton of captures were skipped so Season three could be about the Goddesses Arc, including the initial capture of some of the possible goddesses...

Actually, it would be better to read everything from the start, including the omake chapters, to get the whole picture of what's going on. Who knows, one might catch a foreshadowing or two.

It was made as if it is only just for the manga readers to recap what has happened so far.

I'm glad he is telling the truth in fact, its this side of Keima which I feel present Tenri is attracted to, he as a person who is able to be completely himself without worrying about what others think, so he is just truthful might be the correct path. As now she must decide whether to help him out of her feelings without expecting a reward.

I wonder if he is actually feeling somewhat down/annoyed or if he is acting in order to try to get Tenri to be sympathetic towards him and help him out even if she herself is feeling down at the same time. I am going to go with the later of the two because I find it hard to believe that after all the shit he has been through that he would decide to let it get to him now of all times.

so the kiss with Kaori was part of the plan, but he didn't expect tenri to be there, now it look like Keima is in a death end and is up to Tenri to get him out of that death end

But most of the time, it was according to his plans. The girls' feelings only changed as necessary for Keima to get things done. If Keima doesn't call for it, then he believes the girl shouldn't become attached to him either, and there is no unnecessary conflict

Hey, as long as he takes control of the scenario and makes it clear that he doesn't like Kaori (for now), he's doing the right thing. I think him "giving up" is bait for Tenri to latch on to. Yet, the realization that he is quite insensitive when he's on a mission is probably something he is truthfully ashamed of.

Tenri already knows Keima doesn't like Kaori. She explicitly said "I was wrong because Keima-kun doesn't like anybody..."

Keima looking like he fell for Kaori was never an issue.
