He pretty much assume mc will pass that he didnt make sure the mc pass at all. Which is negligence in his part especially if all list of examiner that passed went through him.
It is still the examiner's decition to fail him and not his.

As far as translated ch are concern the

ugh, seriously they giving it an anime. I find the story funny but I feel it's repetitive and the MC is annoying me than being funny.
