I thought, Yukino won 8man. That one is probably trolling with the answer of who Hayama ended up with. Season 3 is not fun for me.

According to author Wataru Watari, "OreGairu: New" short stories which comes bundled with "OreGairu: Climax" BD/DVD volumes will serve as a "legitimate continuation" of the original light novel.

It will follow 3rd year stories of Hachiman and co.

I would really suggest WW to not continue this series.
I emphasize that he did not continue this.
No short stories no spin-offs, NOTHING
up until the last volume/episodes I was really thinking that having 8man not ending up with anyone will be the best outcome.

Turns out forcing Yukino and Hachiman ending was so important that ....oof I'm not in the mood to write it out. he went full Disney and killed off the franchise competely with that D-move. at least for me.

And I will continue to protest against this ending forever.
Waiting years for the last volumes and giving us this lame writing and forced turns of events haven't made the series at all satisfying to end with.

Yes I am a Yui Shipper, but even I was saying maybe not choosing a side would have been the best outcome here.
Heck even Saki or Sensei had more romantic moments with Hachiman than Yukino....

Saying it with Gordon Ramsey's words: (Watari) you absolute donkey.
I will buy the volumes in English up until the last volume.

Maybe I'll buy even the last volume, only just to burn it.

It's her father pov.
Her father shared loving relationship with his wife.
He love his daughters.
I thought her father to be very strict man but nah, he just average doting daddy.
He also happy that for some reasons, his daughters get along again.

Wataru Watari's next anime work will have lots of fan services.

In latest interview with Megami Magazine : "#OreGairu: Climax" was a rather convoluted anime with very few service scenes that Megami readers would expect. Even so, I'm grateful that many people supported me and that I was able to complete it. It didn't have any explicit service scenes, but I'm proud to say that the 'heroines' moment-to-moment brilliance was on par with previous works. If I ever get the chance to see you again in an anime, I'd like to be able to provide you with something with a lot of service scenes, so I look forward to working with you in the future."

The short stories are bundled with BD of the anime final season but I think they will be compiled and released as a volume later.
