Isn't nocturne basically pornography and snuff? Something like as minor as incest doesn't sound like big deal (isn't ShimaiShinai Narou too?). Anyway I doubt Narou has enough editorial power actually make sure all of their works are politically correct.

Well author still might choose that route, but it would be his personal decision.

I have yet to find a Narou work that has real incest (real in this case means real siblings, not true to the definition). Most authors tend to avoid it for some reason. This is quite funny considering how many works contain sibling incest to some level (cousins but close as siblings, self-proclaimed sister, adoption). Actually, it's quite interesting how mother-son incest is never even seriously hinted.

And yet there are many Narou works containing snusnu with children... one of them, for example, being 8 years old (mental age something like 5). Shouldn't authors actually avoid this thing more?

All of those taboos are kind of Narou culture, there are OK things that would be considered stupid/disgusting elsewhere, yet there are also taboo for things, that are objectively taken as having much lesser severity.

I think all those restrictions should be abolished
I mean, the reason they went to isekai is to lift all modern society's limitations

There should be some I think. Just we don't know them. I mean, there are lots of VNs with true siblings. It would be weird if no WN/LN actually didn't do it as well.

^^ Currently they are 6 years old (technically 5 since they add 1 year to their ages) so far atchapter 695, though the author no longer updates it often so it feels slower.

^ Chapters are short compared to most novels so I end up reading quite fast, plus this one has a little sister heroine so I got motivated to keep reading

And wow, that confession from Shiori.

^ I would imagine, that whoever starts going out with his/her sibling must have really heavy feelings, because otherwise (s)he would give up without ever trying. Not like the society is exactly welcoming to this and if you go further it is actually illegal in most parts of the world.

The only reason she didn't act on her feeling before was due to the fear of Yuu rejecting her and not being able to be with him like before.

Then she started to being more aggressive after he told her he was starting to fall in love with her and that no matter what he will never leave her Ok, finished reading until latest chapter, time to wait until something interesting happen, at least the author releases 1 chapter daily.
