I need some new songs to learn and I don't really know where to start, i'm not really in the mood to play some hard rock or metal, but recommend some for later learning

but right now I want something like alternative,jazz, animeish( I know it's not a genre or a word)
or some acoustic songs, just give me something!

here's some things I can play

Castles Made of Sand
Cemetery Gates
This Love(pantera)
Can't Stop
Mr Crowley(working on solos)
Cammy's theme and Charlie Nash theme
Legendary theme
Under the bridge
Ten Years gone
The Rain song
Little Wing
No Such Thing

Those are just some of things I can play, any recommendations?

If some nice arrangements of Hisaishi songs for acoustic guitar are o.k. for you too then the channel of 'leonbloy' on youtube might have something for you.

You sure its the right section to ask this? Don't see how it is related to anime unless you need anime songs. But then again the so mentioned " Anime-ish" songs rely on vocals or classicals tunes. The modern rock they use is generally hard metal or electronic. You need to find new inspiration bro.
Try RHCP if u like alternate.

I'm a huge RHCP fan, so I already know a lot of their songs, thanks anyway

Good I love RHCP too, and sorry it was too obvious. So i tried looking for alternate genre anime song but kind of hard to find. You can try these but not exactly alternate..

YUI - Again from FMA - brotherhood.
Last Alliance - Hekireki from Hajime no Ippo
ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION - After Dark from Bleach
