PV's going to be shown with the Index movie, so who knows if/when it'll be available online for us to see.
In other news, Hibiki announced that there will be two radio shows for the second season. The first season only had one radio show with Aki/Ito, but this time, they split it into the Tokiwadai Broadcasting Club (with Satou/Arai) and the Sakugawa Middle Broadcasting Club (with Aki/Ito). Both will go live each week at the same time. I imagine these will be collected onto CDs and packaged with the LE BD/DVDs like last time.

Depends if there's an official upload of it or not. If the staff do upload it, it should be hosted for a while. If not, you won't see it until someone uploads it from the BD/DVDs and it'll be up nearly forever as long as someone seeds/hosts it.

I'm hoping if there is anime-original content, they continue to use it to flesh out more of the science side "nuts and bolts" that's consistently being omitted from the anime adaptation of the Index novels... for example Railgun 1's anime-original content gave more insight into skill out and child errors than Index season 2, even though the storylines animated for Index 2 originally had more backstory on those topics.
Also since the characters introduced in anime-original content become canon (i.e. Telestina), I think it's better to watch Railgun with a mindset closer to that of watching a western TV series: multiple writers contributing to the same story/vision. As for the P.V.: Technically it is already Saturday over there, so I'm thinking it could appear at any time... |

Don't expect to see it for at least a week if they do upload it. The whole point of the "we're going to show a PV with the movie showings" is to get people to go watch the movie. Barring any kind of camrip (and since there's none for the movie, it's unlikely someone will try risking to record the PV, which comes before the movie), you're not going to see it streamed until the promotion is over in a week at minimum. Why else would they bother advertising it as such if they're going to defeat the whole purpose of this campaign by streaming it instead?

That said, I do agree that it is unlikely we will see anything for a while... but not impossible. |
