Ao has a very strong cast though.

There is a Star Grail Knight, and then <Silver>. Knowing how broken the Star Grail Knights are, with the exception of the <Steel> and the Azure Arbitrator, rest of the fights appear to be reasonably matched fights.
Randy is pretty good too, especially after he got over his emotional scars.

OST for... a Trails collection? 4 discs is pretty meaty. Looks like something I might want to import. I'm still savoring the Ys Silver Anniversary collection.

Nope, just the OST for THIS game only. I do agree that makes it quite meaty, though.

Sadly, I wish I could have participated in all the plot/gameplay talk from the previous page, but I still don't have my copy yet. At this rate, I probably won't be able to import it until early next year (but on the plus side, I do have a Vita now, so I shouldn't have to wait too much longer! ). But in the meantime, I'll at least soon have Ys Celceta to satisfy my Falcom fix.....

As sweet as the Sen sequel announcement is, I'm definitely more intrigued by that "mystery" project that's being teased. Looking at one of those promo images, would the guy facing that dragon perhaps be a certain red-haired swordsman.....?

It certainly looks like Adol, and I am not surprised if one of the 2 new titles is a new Ys or remake of Ys 5 (or maybe the multiplatform Ys Seven we have been waiting for)

My friend was hoping it'll be Nayuta sequel That reminds me, I've heard that Nayuta used the same system as Ys games?

It definitely uses similar system, it's closer to the modern Ys than the older ones but it still retain the platforming factor too.

Please no. Ys 8 or bust. It's been 4 years since Seven. We need a new numbered title. Yes I know that Celceta was Falcoms IV but still. After that they can remake and port as much as they want.

It is highly likely that it is a new Ys entry because in MoC

Ao EVOL finally have a release date of 2014 June, this mean we would probably only get the sequel of Sen much later. My guess is somewhere around September or October, or they could as well going for December to fit with the season theme in the game.

I don't know, but I have some sort of love-hate relationship with Sen's ending (only watched it on youtube, though). It's both touching and somehow lame with how it pulled the cliffhanger. Zero's felt more complete and Sora's uhm ... more bitter-sweetish (due to EstellexJoshua?). Nontheless, I still plan to purchase Sen for my PS3 sometimes (should I actually find the time to play on it for a sufficent amount of time). I have also grown fond of the Hachiyou Ittouryuu battle style.

Spoiler for End:
