Did they fill the gap ? i mean we saw wiliam back on the end of the last volume to island and saw young Chtholly but what happen to Nephren and Elq Hrqstn they used to accompany sleeping wiliam ?

we know what happens to Nephren and Elq yes, of course. Nephren is travelling with Willem, Elq is just living happily on Island 5. Neither accompanied "sleeping Willem " though.
I don't know what you're talkiong about "fodder" MC. Technically, there are several MC in this verse and Willem isn't the MC for the longest time anyway.
Also there's no "young chtholly" at the end, it's another Leprechaun, called Rhyel. She's most definitely Chtholly's reincarnation but she is a different personality with no memory of Chtholly.
