Don't get the wrong idea. I love the boots as well. I just think it might be cool if they actually made them...too bad I couldn't wear them though (since I'm a guy and that wouldn't look right.) It just seems like an interesting concept.
I like the term the other person gave "Thigh-High Boots."

I voted for Tashigi.
Her tough demeanor, and klutziness.
It clashes really uniquely. Thats just my opinion though.
My second choice, would be Robin, she's a amazing female character.

Robin is pretty cool in her own right. She has that elegance and maturity. I was cracking up when when they had that fight with OZ and everyone started to combine like Voltron. Robin wouldn't take part and everyone was upset with her. She simply just said it was 'too embarrassing'. The voice actress' performance of that line was perfect.

I also love Nami, because she's cute, sexy, and at times she's the voice of reason, when not involving money.It's just funny as hell how Nami can get so irritated with Luffy when he does something silly. One of my favorite scenes for Nami has to of been in the Water 7 arc when she found Luffy stuck between the buildings. She rushes out there facing the Aqua Lagoona, screaming out as she cries, Luffy breaks those buildings and even Nami is in awe of what he just did. You can't help being moved by that whole scene. I hope those voice actors get awards for that kind of skill.
It's also enjoyable when Luffy acts silly and she smacks him down.

Hancock would certainly be the strongest female but my vote is for Robin. Tragic backstory, cool and collected and sexy to boot.

Her ability makes for interesting possibilities in the bedroom as well.

Well there are times when we choose the generic over the brand for a healthy outlook wether it's products or (in this case) characters.

Tashigi is amazing. A heart of gold, beautiful and honest towards herself and others.
Could go on forever. I want more Tashigi

She is pure class

As a main character you just can not see past Nico Robin. She sometimes seems just too perfect though.

Nico Robin by far......I like almost all the female characters besides tashigi, but robin is one of the best characters with a great back story.

Well I'm pretty mixed in my opinion. It comes down to Nami and Robin though it's a tough call. I mean Robin has really grown on me with the CP9 situation and the whole refusing to dock thing. That was just hilarious. Besides a sexy character who is very capable when it counts. Well unless your docking then there are issues.

On the other hand Nami has had a lot of time to become one of my favourites in the series. She's a fun character who has a great personality. Long as money isn't involved she is capable of making a good decision. Besides without her that crew would have sailed into disaster long ago. I could appreciate her feelings in wanting to not slow the crew down when things got dangerous. It's just fun to watch her lose her cool when someone does something stupid.

Anyways my gut says vote Nami though I also want to vote for Robin. Oh well just go with the first gut feeling.
