It's a GonzoXAIC production if it was a Gonzo only production no way the series would have had good animation throughout the season. Anyways hope the DVD's sell well maybe a second season will be approaved.

yay, can't wait, it wasn't one of the most commented anime of the year, a shame, it was one of the best comedy anime that has out, I hope that an OVA decrease a little my nostalgia.

The first half was great, the Fist of the North Star parodies are great. The second half was okay. I don't like lolis. LOL(is) Anyway, by the previews, I think the samurai girl will be getting more screentime. YESH. She's my favorite.

And with Akeno's declaration in front of Lunar, we NOW have an official harem.

Hillariously awesome episode. Kenshiro and Bunta Willis (live free die hard lol) never fails to dissapoint.

It's official. NaGARsumi is currently my all time favourite harem lead. None of them worthless leads has the badassery aura which Nagasumi had. The Kenshiro move is proof. Oh wait a minute, manga Tsukune (Rosario Vampire) is also a badass. But oh well, he's second to NaGARsumi.

She's a character from the manga... IIRC she's a seaweed mermaid.

I quite enjoyed the OVA. Great to see everyone back in top form. Love the new graphics that they used for the mermaid songs, and of course Nagasumi showing why he is a manly man among manly men. The building-swinging sequence was pretty well animated too. Loved the animation used for San's ninkyou/ningyou bit this time, and was quite pleased to hear "Namida Ichirin" playing in the background during it.

Totally made the afternoon.

After working a 17 hours shift... was feeling a bit tired, tiny bit of annoyance, and very very hostile. After watching this episode, I think I'm ready to take on the world again. I've missed the crazy, over-the-top on-top-of-the-lung dialogues, and echoing sound of a dog's whimpering. Soothed my tired self.

Satori's voice actor is Kaneda Tomoko, who also voiced characters like Aoi from Myself; Yourself and Chiyo from Azumanga Daioh.
