As for tsugumi you guys tsugumi was under the drug for a little bit ironically enough I think since she already was in love she acted the same she just actually went on her feelings. The reason the drug didn't work on Marika is likely her feelings for raku are so strong the drug couldn't override it.

Usually that's something only the main heroin can do.

This chapter didn't prove anything about the feelings of any of the girls.
Here's how I view their feelings.
Chitoge- faked being a couple with raku for so long that she begun to develop real feelings for him whether she liked it or not.
Tsugumi- developed feelings for raku essentially because he's the first guy to really see her as a girl
Onodera- Fell in love with him naturally in middle school and has kept the feelings for a while in addition to being the only one who confessed her true feelings (It got interrupted but she basically did)
Marika- I'd put her slightly below onodera but she fell in love with him because he was the one who was kind to her as a child. (She's way more extreme then dera but in terms of raw feelings I think dera is slightly above her.)

Well Tsugumi was an orphan found by Claude(not saying that she's Raku's sister though), but this fact could act as future plot to the story.

I just thought about this, since this series is a harem, I am impress that there is no INCEST(sister liking brother) who knows maybe raku has an illegitimate sister. But I find that gross ( I have two younger sisters)

And then theres the loli (little girl falling inlove)

But yeah most harems have that, though if there is a forth girl, it could happen (im hopin there isn't one)
