i don't know about real rank but i think dxd not really popular in japan.
there some fact.
1.dxd airing on middle of day on japan.
2.the anime to many fan service that not really needed also story line altering to make not to good.
3.there some forum bashing the anime.
for anime prime time is middle night,weekend,and afternoon.

I think Ise's faces and what he says is funny but i think his friends are anime versions of realy creepers

i review the wikipedia and saw this:

In volume 11, Issei is promoted from lower level devil to high ranked devil (same as Rias' title) and Rias' mother wants Issei and Rias to get married. He becomes a King in the end of volume 11.

Issei needs to be Revived Quick

if ISE is the Oppai god in the future.. that means his familar is a fairy... because it was a breast fairy... so IF ise gets a fairy, that means the Oppai god could be ise...
