I would assume there is small societies in the magic world as well. Taking the amakusa for an example where Kanzaki was pointed out to be the priestess at birth.

Not all Priestess are magicians though Kanzaki was a very special case since she's a Saint.

I think to slight correct that earlier statement; Only the most screwed up ones with something to prove or protect or avenge, work to increase their powers to become the strongest magicians (Saints not included since they're born into this life). Average grunts are just doing their jobs.

Well, Kanzaki was born as saint, yes, but decided to become a magician due to the sacrifices of his amakusa partners and because she thinks that even twisted people needs to be saved.

Aqua is even more, he decided to change how the things are on UK to the point of becoming a rogue mercenary for his goals throwing away his reputation.

But yeah, the way things work on the magic side is that the majority don't know that magic exists too.

Which is for the best. A lot of things magicians do aren't exactly moral.

No, it's not like that. Kanzaki was fated to become a magician and the leader of the Amakusa since birth, she only decided to use her magic to save people based on that motive; she would have learned magic either way and thus is not related to as why she learned magic.

With NT starting to go into Imagine Breaker and what it is, by any chance do any of you guys think that Kamachi himself might have just finally figured out a reasonable answer, using the other 20+ volumes to stall us fans and think up an explanation?

Fuck, I was right about a Movie, but wrong about the series

(For those of you that only join recently, several months ago I was strongly pushing for a Railgun Movie about the Sister's Arc.)

From the promo cover, my guess is that it's either a remake like what they did for the Shana movie, or a completely original material... Why? Because Touma and Mikoto are in their Summer Uniform.
