Somewhat skimmed chapter 1

Spoiler for v3c1:

The thing he blew up is the Lord's mansion. But due to his luck, no one was hurt.
Everyone else happily made him into a scapegoat, telling "weren't you the one that said you'll take full responsibility"?
They put him on a trial, and asked many witnesses about his many crimes - stealing weapons and panties, using undead skills, etc.

They also questioned him with a special magical bell that rings whenever someone tells a lie.

Since they didn't know what motives he had to blow up that mansion, they asked him if he had any connection to Maou - and since Wiz is technically his underling, his "no" was detected as a lie.
Lord sentenced him to death.

...kidding...

Spoiler:

Lord wanted to sentence him to death, but Darkness turns out to be a noble that is familiar with that Lord, and she managed to convince him to spare him.
