Oh my God I just re-watched the first 5 minutes of Cardcaptor Sakura and I am entranced by Sakura rollerblading to school...yet again. She's a perfect little tsundere. No matter how much anime I've watched since then, no one ever came close to beating Sakura in terms of moe.
