Well, typically speaking even in the semi-ambiguous endings there always tends to still be hints/messages on who still had the edge or ultimately won. And not all harem genre's are like that, I'm thinking just recently about Clannad for example, though it was interesting to see them give out alternatives
BTW, I prefer Sylvia personally, though I don't mind Charollete and probably see her ending up with Teppei in the end. Still, just in case I'll hedge my bets if she pulls a steal like Shuffle! did as I watch this progress

Funnily enough though, this is one series where I can SEE a certain ending and that isn't the usual open ended end, unlike most harem series. Something strikes a cord with me here that says that there will be a solid conclusion for some strange reason.

It used to be you could virtually always tell who the ending female character would be when the anime was based off a ren'ai game. It was so reliable that you didn't even want to say who it would be because it would ruin the anime for the viewers who got a lot of enjoyment from finding out who it would be.
But the game-to-anime adapters have become a little more unpredictable lately. I don't know if that's a good or a bad thing however because I haven't liked the way they've ended some ren'ai game anime series as of late (too many non-character endings, etc). Oh well. At least they're trying to be different and less predictable compared to how they were doing them before. And at least they're coming out with more alternate story character anime endings now. That was something I had wished they would come out with seven to eight years ago. |

Its offical that Charlotte is inlove with Teppei and so far Im loving this anime, I had high hopes for this anime and I was right
But now Im going too bring up a bit more interesting topic atm, who was it that murdered Teppei´s parents... My votes go to Sylvia´s father, the guy with the red hair In episode 1. |

First off, since it involves more then just his family the targets seem to be well-beyond Teppei himself, so I'd say in terms of the scope and ambition involved it'd take something along the lines of a much grander conspiracy to make sense. Not to say someone whose close or will be close to Teppei won't be involved, but it seems a little off to say this is somehow a personal attack or something against and only about him.
In any event, one thing I rage against Teppei the most is his ability to see past the censors in this series, especially as he was describing Sekei and her cohorts colors

what? did someone say Yuu? come on underdog. though i like all the girls, (social club girl is on the bottom though..) Yuu gets the most points for her personality. Charlotte gets points for her personality as well, and Sylvia gets points for her "girly" side with the "indecent!" comment.

I'm sorry, but my hentai sense is tingling at the Social Club....just reminds me of Discipline's Social club XD
Still pretty excited for episode 3 though. I'm hoping for some more manliness coming from Teppei's sword skills and some classy dancing. I also equally like all 4 female leads, which is a rarity for me in a harem series. I also kinda liked that FABULOUS male classmate too haha.

Agreed! I saw something attractive in all the gals' personalities. Pics. Character pics: http://hashihime.atspace.com/etc/prilover/charsei.html Rundown on my impression of each gal Charlotte: Flirty and funny...also seems sweet and nice. Even though she (mistakenly) believes that the arranged engagement (not marriage yet!) was Teppei's decision, she's willing to go extra steps to help Sylvia and Teppei get to know each other better. Outgoing no doubt. Not that I'm an anime otaku, but in real life, I've always fallen for this type of girl. Sylvia: Seems like she could be strong-willed and independent and reserved. Doesn't show her softer side except around those she knows very well. Seika: Not enough data on this gal beyond what we saw in ep02. I can DEFINITELY see future episodes featuring her trying to antagonize Teppei but inadvertently creating romance mixed with comedy. Yuu: Not enough data on her. Judging from the emphasis on the her hand clenching and her politeness, all we know is that she seems serious about her job as a maid. Shy, but hopefully not the stereotypical quiet submissive type. Though judging from the opening, it looks as though the director shows Teppei dancing with each gal in different ways. Guess how he dances with them reveals their personalities? P.S. I'm with everyone else here in that I'm hoping this anime doesn't become overtly focused on hentai with the boobs bouncing and the undies. Hoping earnestly for laughs and tears along the way! P.P.S. Doesn't Sylvia look AWFULLY familiar?! http://img90.imageshack.us/i/saber1024zd3.png/ Outgoing pink-haired girls...hmmm...include the new-type reaction to her chest...hmmm.... I'm not gay or anything but i'm liking the censorship. not a fan of panty shots and those perverted moments it just feels really akward when they show it. if only the boob size of the girls would fit their body size, then it would have been perfect... oh well.
anyways i'm rooting for Yuu, though I doubt thats going to happen. |

I'd say Seika so far exhibits a kind of arrogant, snooty, jealouse/envious, superiority complex about her. Things like status and rank were mentioned so she's a bit of a snob in terms of proper form, etc where the guy has to shell loads of money on the date and behave in a certain way to please her. Reminds me of the crooked Student council type who get on a high-horse because of their position and love to prove how good they are by abusing their authority

Given that assortment of characters, comedy in this series should be:
Charlotte-Faked reaction to compromising situations and basically pushing Teppei into even more trouble Sylvia-Something along the lines of 'what the hell are you doing?!' Yuu-Reaction to how Teppei tries to live a normal life in his new life. Seika-The one with highest potential for misunderstandings...
