Well, it's not like i dislike TT or anything, but i was hoping to get a new arc like another Lord Abyssgate arc or isekai arc(s) for the rest of the harem(shia and tio already have 1(or 2 even) so the rest should have one as well)

It sounds like the author plans to wrap things up. Though it is unclear if it is ttj or Arifureta as a whole. They just said that they wanted to wrap up the story soon…ish lol. Basically either around the release of 13, which is suggested around September, or around the end of the year.

I honestly don't think Shirakome has anything left for Kousuke to do as far as arcs are concerned. The onmyou arc he just finished was in the pipeline for almost 3 years before he finally got around to writing it, and with the background of Earth essentially fully established by this point, there's not much reason to do anymore solo Abyssgate adventures. It's pretty much the same for further isekai adventures. They've already been to just about every world with the exception of Ehit's home Calamity world and wherever the root of the world trees happens to lie. Both of those locations seem more like settings tied to the eventual finale, so I wouldn't expect them to come out until the towards end.

The after story has been going pretty hard on arcs lately, so I'd actually prefer if it went back to some more fun little 1-2 off chapters for a while before finally going out with a bang.

Shirakome's note clearly indicated that he was talking about the web novel as a whole, and not the Tortus Travel arc. Of course, context is important when reading Japanese, so it could also be interpreted that he just wants to reach the final volume of the WN by the end of the year like how the LN is reaching the final volume next month. Either way, there's no doubt he's talking about wrapping up the series, though per usual it will probably take 3-4 times longer than he expects.

Shirakome also mentions that he still enjoys writing After Story which makes little sense if he was planning to end it. That is why it is unclear whether he is talking of after story or ttj.

Honestly, I still would like an arc where Hajime is stuck solo in an inferno mode world, full of gods and devils, where he has to be tested to his very limits before conquering all World Trees.

That world Hajime got stuck alongside Kouki doesn't really count, since he was nerfed to the ground and that Mother AI was merely at the level of an Apostle. Seriously, such a letdown...

Oh god am I glad they added a picture of the drunken scene in Zero 06 lol

As for Alfard and Serene. I can’t help but get strong Hajime and Yue vibes. Like maybe they are their reincarnations

Finishing Zero was depressing. I know it was a foregone conclusion but still wished for some light in that darkness. Frankly though the author should’ve split it into 2 volumes and show them making the labyrinths. Let us get some insight into their thoughts while building them.

The bonus short stories at least gave the Liberators some closure and a peek into what went on during the seven year timeskip and beyond. In some ways I think it’s better that Shirakome focused on reinforcing the ties to the present age rather than the labyrinth construction since they’re ultimately just a means to an end. I’m looking forward to Miledi’s scene at the end in volume 13 to see if it gets any expansion since that reunion is going to hit that much harder now.

Unfortunately I get mine through iBooks. Didn’t realize until recently that the physical books had side stories.

For digital I'd recommend purchasing directly from J-Novel Club. Their premium copies come with all the bonus short stories. That's pretty much the only reason why I subbed to them.

I just suddenly thought about it but between EoS Liberators and Hajime's Sanctury raid party, which one is stronger?

Hajimes party by default because the Liberators aren’t willing to do whatever it takes. Not to mention Hajimes party has more than one ancient magic per person. That and they are totally broken lol

The only aspect Hajime's group is lacking is Experience at using the Ancient Magic's.

I mean, even-though each person in Hajime's group have multiple Ancient Magic.
But that just makes the learning curve more harder, as they would have to learn to use each of those Magic by themselves to suite their style.

Like, until the End of the Series (in the WN), its always hinted that when it came Gravity Magic, Miledi was way over top of what Yue could accomplice, and all those stuff was something Miledi could do before her Soul was transferred to the Golem.

Raw Power wise though, Hajime's Group is better than Miledi's Group.

In terms of the overall team, I'd say the Liberators would have had the stronger lineup. Hajime, Shea, and Tio might surpass them individually in power, but Shizuku, Ryuutarou, and Suzu aren't nearly at that level yet. The present day group also had an easier time of it since Ehit gave up on all the games and was just straightforwardly trying to crush everyone at the end.

The liberators would have the best teamwork so they could work together to put up a strong fight but they still have to deal with human limits. However they have mastered their specialty magic. However, they are capped because they are unable to learn the other ancient magics themselves.

Hajimes group has no limits but lacking Yue’s diverse magic, they wouldn’t have much on the magic front. Half of their group is still trying to understand their new magic while the other has already mastered theirs or are close to it. Hajime alone could probably take most of them out himself. But the bugged rabbit, perverted dragon, and yandere healer should be on equal ground with them. Shizuku’s speed could likely take the less martial arts oriented out by surprise.

If Oscar could keep Hajime in check by creating counters to Hajime more modern and powerful weapons, the rest would be on more equal footing giving them a chance but if he failed, Hajime would run rampant. If Yue was there as well then no chance would the liberators win.

Since only the group which entered Sanctuary is being considered here (as "sierra117" question), then the Airhead Yandere Dual-Sword Healer wouldn't probably be counted (as she stayed back).
But even ignoring that, Meiru would have easily handled her, primarily because Meiru's personality not being compatible with her (psychological aspect should be considered in a battle).

Suzu could be suddenly taken out by a surprise attack from Naiz (as its unclear whether her Barrier Magic can block Space Magic or not). And Laus can easily handle both Suzu and Ryutarou (they clearly aren't the type that can easily handle mind attacks). How fast Suzu gets defeated would depend on how well Inaba manages to protect her, and i doubt her Insect Army is going to be much useful against the Liberators.

Shizuku is the only one, who can hold her own in a one-on-one situation, but whether she can defeat anyone is hard to answer.

As for Shea & Tio, well it would be hard for anyone one of the Liberators to stop them, unless they gang-up.
Vandre might be able to hold Tio for a short while, but nothing can be said for sure.

The problem the Liberators would face against Hajime is not his fire-power, but Hajime's focus on high AoE damage. While Hajime normally fights in a one-on-one setting. But when things get Serious, he always has the tendency to solve the issue with high power AoE damage (aka., Burn Everything to Ground).

And that is something even Oscar would have a hard time countering (probably Miledi is the only one who could handle something like that).

Suzu and Ryutarou would be taken out easily because they just aren’t seasoned enough to handle them. Shizuku’s speed would provide her time but the more seasoned martial artists would likely counter her. Naiz would be forced to keep up special barrier to provide Miledi and Lyu protection from Shizuku and Hajime because Miledi and Lyu however would find her speed troublesome and instead keep a distance which could put them at Hajime’s mercy. Vandre could probably go neck and neck with Tio in her normal form but if she ascends to dragon god form then he would be helpless. Probably only Laus could handle Shea for a time by separating her soul from her body but I wouldn’t doubt her guts would prevail in the end lol. None of them would have a swift enough reaction time for Hajime lol. Hard to dodge rail guns. Only Shea and perhaps Meiru could counter such speed through future sight. The rest would just be scrambling just to dodge his guns line of sight keeping them disoriented and easier to pick off. Above all else Miledi would be on the constant defensive as Hajime and Shea are out for her blood lol. That could provide openings to the other liberators but I doubt that they could do enough damage to those 2 bugged individuals would would likely just shrug it off. Though if Meiru did get close enough to Hajime to use Reverse Revival, then he could be brought down but it is unlikely he would let her have a chance to since he should know of the ability through Yue and Kaori.

Nah, Shizuku would have a hard time against Miledi, because she can't use her speed properly against Gravity Magic. And the only way to easily counter Gravity Magic is to have broken stats or be an Apostle. I mean Speed is based on friction and force, but if Gravity Magic can remove friction, then it would be hard on Shizuku.

If i remember right during one of the Abyss Lord Arc in After Story, Kousuke once mentioned that the only person from Hajime's Harem that he could put up a fight against is Shizuku (though he would be defeated), as against the others there is no chance at all for him. And Kousuke is a Gravity Magic user at that point (though at a beginner power level), so probably he knows some way to handle Shizuku with help from that.

Gravity means little if Shizukus speed gets to her first. But that was why I said difficult but not impossible. Miledi could take distance but would likely be pinning down Shizuku’s speed with her gravity so that the others don’t have to deal with it since Hajime would likely find some counter to it for Shizuku meaning that she would be preoccupied with dealing with Shizuku. Miledi also wouldn’t aim to kill since Shizuku isn’t part of the church or loyal to Ehit. Lyu meanwhile is essentially a walking target for Shizuku since otherwise it is a massive hit to their strength if she goes down.
