It could actually be more, considering that there were literal millennia between Zero and current era, it would not be a surprise for bloodlines to propagated and blended in every where

Well, if you consider the whole Liberator Group, then yeah.

But if you only consider the Top 7, then a lot of them don't have any direct descendants.

Like Oscar & Miledi are almost confirmed to have no direct descendant.
As for Meiru, Vandre & Lyutillis, its unclear (though there are hints of Meiru's & Vandre's relatives having descendants in current era).

The only one's who have confirmed direct are Naiz (aka., Simon & Sibyl) and Laus (aka., Sharm and his descendants like Liliana & Lundel)

I have to wonder but was there anything enforcing Lyu to stay in her labyrinth? Being in the sea of trees, I feel she could go out and Ehit wouldn’t even know. Though I guess if she was stuck in the sky portion, an apostle could keep an eye on her.

Could be, or maybe it’ll show the girls’ post final battle struggle to obtain bride status since the extra chapters tend to focus on the heroines. A part of me kind of wants it to be a Miledi chapter since the end of Zero teased us with the premise of reincarnation.

Well, the Starting Chapter of After Story, which covers the return of Hajime & Co., is partly from the focus point of Hajime's parents covering there 1 year search for Hajime.

So, the "Another/One More Epilogue" could also mean the epilogue of the journey of Hajime's parents.

Honestly, I think the characters introduction would probably just be a reworked version of WN 122 that will list all the characters who appeared in the series from start to finish with a brief description. Maybe updated with all the main characters' final statuses.

The only issue I have with the extra chapter focusing on Hajime's parents is that they haven't really been a key component in the series up until this point, so ending the story(and potentially the publication if the after story isn't picked up) with what essentially amounts to their introduction just feels a bit off. To WN readers, Sumire's and Shuu's story certainly has impact because we've gotten to know them through the after story, but the LN audience's only exposure to them has been through a couple of bonus shorts and Hajime's flashback in volume 10's extra.

Not that I wouldn't like to see Hajime's homecoming, but extra chapters have always been LN original content, so I'm expecting something new. This one seems kind of short at about 14 pages, so it's hard telling what it will cover. Who knows, maybe it could even be something from Ehit's perspective and give us some more background on Derris-Khar... *cough* Calamity World.
