Well now I think I'm going to get that kit when it comes out, that frame looks like a mini PG. All I did for the sword was what someone said to do. I put primer on then I painted it all silver then I covered what I could with masking tape and did the gray.

I really, really need that VF-25!

As well as the Musha, though at one glance I know that it'll take much longer to build the Musha... It has friggin lotsa details!!

You know what they say: Never judge a book by its cover. From the looks of the awesome frame, it seems this one is highly posable. And they were able to pull off a complete inner frame despite having a fully removable core fighter inside. Damn, another check on my list; another suffering for my wallet. But it's totally worth it! =)

I think that's the direction that they want...made for the old school fans

So G-Armor will be a seperated kit?

Yes, it would seem so.

It doesn't look "cartoony" at all. It looks almost 100% lineart accurate, which is the look they were going for.

I really don't understand what people are expecting of the RX-78 2.0...I mean come on, in terms of appearance, what's there to complain? Yes, it looks plan, but it's an exact replication of the anime. If you want something new, then look at the NEW internal skeleton frame it possesses as well as the core fighter.

No more panel lining the mouth vents; it'll come pre-cut!

Finally getting started on Exia,

Spoiler for raw built:

i have to admit, the legs pissed me off. I was expecting it to spread out in a straight line, like buster, but it doesn't. i thought it's ridiculous for exia who can do so much gymastic to not be able to do that. so, modify it! the one on the left is modified, the one on the right isn't.
Spoiler for modification:

later on decided to do a metallic version

Spoiler for pictures:

The colors are

1) internal metallic sliver frame
2) metallic ocean blue
3) metallic violet blue
4) gold(24K color)
5) pearl white
6) metallic red

The green color in the center is chrome green.

not sure if anyone can see the modification made to the surface, but i tried to give it some texture by adding some plastics to it.

giving it some lights for testings...
Spoiler for lights:

needless to say, advises + comments are welcome.

No offense, but colouring the Exia in that metallic colour makes it look a bit...toy like.

Aha, I knew the MG RX-78 Ver 2.0 has poseable fingers. Now this will really make my PG RX-78 cry, with it's size being the only goodness

And, if anyone else wonders why you shouldnt get this 2.0 instead of those previous 145747281 ones? Those rotatable legs is where its at. And a core fighter to boot, yeah I'd say a must get.

thks for link! i was still picturing how exia will look like with different color schemes. That link provided me with the answers.

But i think that guy is not doing a metallic version, it looks like a chrome metallic version. its quite different. anyway, i think the biggest problem is the sliver is too metallic, and together with white, it makes exia looks very white. which is not what exia really projects. Somehow exia looks best with dark frames. looks like i should do something about that sliver to make it darker.

thks again for the comments.
