Sometimes there's issues with the cache. If you don't want to wait until your cache updates go to View history and click on the last revision. If history doesn't have the last version go back to the page and click on Edit, that should have the updated version.

Amazing how whenever the focus isn't on the Kamisato faction the writing quality just goes through the roof in an instant, this was something worth it's own full chapter.

The entire Kamisato Faction needs to be punched in the face, these might just be the dumbest bunch of girls I have ever seen. How can they think that Yuuitsu (a freaking Kihara), the person that basically almost destroyed her own home (AC) and then tried to kill herself just to get rid Kamisato is going to bring back said asshole just because a bunch of girls did what she wanted? And Touma has his hands full when Fran and Luca get drunk when they take a detour on their way to the School Garden to clean off the sand from earlier. Of course things wouldn't be as easy as walking through AC towards the garden.

Thankfully Touma seems to be able to calm her down, at least for the moment, and asks her for help to solve the new riots.

And not only that but helped poor Misaka. Her reaction is to be expected considering her age and how dam hard she tries to help. But Kamijou just blew apart my reversed expectations of his development and that's a good thing.
