There wasn't really anyone to vote in that group. I, for one, did not vote in that one.

Not just one, but two Nagatos. (Nagato clerk managed third in her group).

Yui did very well. As did Haruhi, Nagisa, and Maria.

All this time!

2/9 of the groups had my three characters as the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Hrm, I wonder why the BestMoe page never remembers me.
I always have to wait for the full tme again and it also doesn't remember my previous votes and stuff either...
Funny thing is, that it did remember once (thursday) @_@ I don't get this.
(and it's rather annoying too)

Does anyone have an idea?

Same. I notice that it's happening every time I restart my computer. If you have your connection set to "obtain an IP address automatically," then your router might assign you a different 4th subnet every time you connect to it.

I'm glad I got to vote for some of my favorite characters in Bleach, mainly Karin and Neliel. I have no clue why someone would nominate some of the characters, such as Katsuyu and Chiyo in Naruto...

After the 1st round, they will re-implement code generator for those who wants it. If you log in using the code generator, your wait time will reduce by 2 minutes each day you vote regardless of IP address change your computer may undergo everytime you reboot. Please remember that the code generator create a unique code for each computer, thus that code will only work for only one computer. You can opt to stick with current entry system without code generator: in this case, in order to reduce delay time, you have to find a way to prevent IP address change everytime you connect to internet.
