I've read up the most recent raws. To answer the two questions.

Spoiler for 2 questions:

1. He can fight evenly with people who have a 5-15 power level advantage over him (the number goes up as the story continues), but his power level isn't considered high among the geniuses of his generation so he barely trumps them in an actual fight. However his growth speed is very high, after the last power up arc, only 1 or maybe 2 people in his age group can compare to him, one of which is his wife.

2. Yes, there's a harem. At the moment it looks like there's five women involved, but two of them haven't been very involved in the story so far.

I'm enjoying the story. It's not a masterpiece but the MC is very likeable, isn't a wimp, and the female characters are also to my taste. Hopefully Alyschu will keep translating.

1. His official level is earthly profound realm, sixth level. Not sure what it would be unofficially since he hasn't gotten into an all out fight since his last power up segment.
2. His wife is more powerful than him officially by quite a bit, due to events from chapter 280ish. I'm actually not sure if there's anyone else his age that can match him, probably not anymore.

Yes, his wife's official level is in the emperor realm and she has several special properties to her body which amplify her power (just like he does, but different ones).

The earth profound realm is not that high. The order goes: tyrant/overlord > emperor > sky > earth > spirit > true > nascent > elementary/basic

Emperor is where you start living for thousands of ears. His grandfather was only spirit realm though. There are other people his age who are at the earth realm though. Remember that his grandfather was only considered strong because they lived in a very rural town.

I think it would be much better if "treating his veins" is left for the final chapter. The way he manipulates people around him is very fresh and interesting, there is absolutely no need to turn it all into the banal "whose kung-fu is stronger" type of story.

Okay this stuff is super derivative but also super addictive, it's like BTTH but better written, with faster/better pacing and character interaction (well mostly his harem. :P It's not deep or subtle stuff but it's more than you get in your average online xianxia apparently) and all that stuff.

I need moaaaaaaaaar. :P Why isn't the dude writing 6 chapters a day like the other chinese webnovelists. :P
