During short term encounters where you have very little interaction with the person, I completely understand not being able to say hello - we are all shy (for various reasons) at one point or another. Not being able to offer basic courtesies/help to someone you have known and admired for years due to shyness is an intense psychological disorder (if Hinata has AvPD, then her bahaviour is somewhat excusable). I am very leery, though, of labeling a fictional character as having actual psychological disorders (without the author first stating such info), preferring instead to accept that Hinata is simply shy, which in turn makes my (brief) analysis of her justifiable.

Yeh i agree but with hinata she practically fainted every time naruto spoke to her so that really wouldnt be much emotional comfort to naruto

LOL, too true.

Suffice to say, at the end of the day, despite both of their emotional baggage, neither tried to help the other (when they were children). And, while Hinata's shyness may have been debilitating at times (although it was played more for comedic value, rather than true psychological evidence), her growth based on her acknowledgement of Naruto does not actually affect Naruto in any way. Because they did not interact, it really doesn't matter to Naruto if Hinata spurned herself onward into adulthood by following Naruto's path. Just as it does not affect Sylvester Stallone that I used his character of Rocky to physically better myself when I was younger, it does not affect Naruto that Hinata used him as an idol. Consequently, it does not matter if Hinata acknowledged Naruto when nobody else did, because acknowledgement from afar, no matter the reason, means nothing to the one being acknowledged/idolized.

You are Right Hinata knows the sufferings/loneliness of Naruto in part 1 but she dont have the guts to talk with him to much because of her shyness. the only thing that Makes this Naruhina shipper strong is because of t he confession and because Hinata is alive they insist it would be the source of Naruhina.. they are Completely in DENIAL if they make so much statements/distorting some facts from romantic to platonic. and it is clearly the villagers are Blushing when Sakura hug Naruto that implies it is ROMANTIC.. COMPLETE DENIAL SHIPPERS

Naruto would be honored for someone to use his own way of life as a progression of their own growth, look how proud he was with Konoharmaru when he acknowledged his growth when he went to the Kage Summit. You're obviously not giving Kishimoto credit for making Hinata a distant admirer.

So there it is again,.. does the story states that her clan would be troubled/angry if he was with naruto just a simple talk, will get her in trouble?

Sasuke had parents once but only lost it.. Naruto has NONE
