In all seriousness, he has at least three spirits whose power is inside of him, so they're going to be with him forever anyway. And Origami isn't going anywhere either.

I think only Touka and Yoshino live in the apartment for now. Kotori still live in his house(not sure whether she moves out after vol 4, probably not), but you're right about the 3 spirit he captured so far. About the age of the spirit, I can't recall it being directly mentioned, only how old they are appearance wise I guess.

Almost al the time in LN/manga/anime/ the first is always chosen by MC.
But from what I know tohka will be the one he choses.

I know this. But i don't say this for that,i said like this because Shidou reaction when he see her the first time and his thought. Ok there is more but i think you get the point.

Well, IMO, it honestly depends on the style of story it is. In this kind though, I think Shidou will choose no one.

No I just forgot. In VN you can only chose one route or if they have the Harem route. While I have never play a VN I have seen many of them and most of the time the one I would pick is the Onee sama character( Otome from DC ii and tamaki from to heart 2) and most of the time she is a not the main girl. But when they have the harem route I find myself at an impasse.
And I think Shidou will choose someone. My money is on tohka.
