There's no way this will end well if Aoi is shouting her father's name when she's doing it with Terumi. If Aoi doesn't reject him and still accepts him as a replacement, Terumi will reject her.

I can't tell whether to be happy for the dude or just laugh at the fact that the author probably trolled the readers for showing us that the MC's stamina is pretty much "lacking" in the woman satisfaction department.

The thing that keeps going in my head is the girl has a father complex. So I am a bit worried until the English translation confirms that she doesn't say Daddy from what I heard from some people in the forum.
