(Start 0:00) We start this show looking at what looks like a huge fire at an airport... in the year 0071. No it's not Earth year. So this can be any fucking number and no one should care.
I think any kid that age would be scared out of her mind. I mean look at that fire. It's huge.
(3:28) (Nanoha Shows up) LOL! Nanoha looks ridiculous in that outfit. Her Ribbon looks like the ears to a Playboy bunny and her skirt looks smaller than the dress she wore in A's.
Wait... Were planning on turning this series into a soft core porn since this scene?
Mind as well skip the rest of this scene. It's just Nanoha shooting the ceiling. Nothing impressive just Nanoha going “Look at me! I can shoot a beam!” I hope that beam hit a plane on the other side or something. It looks too excessive.
(4:44) Uhg... Ace of Ace. The only Ace of Ace I know of is Mobius One. I refuse to acknowledge that title for Nanoha since I heard that. Seems like it wasn't until later that I found out that it's just a fancy name for fight instructor in this universe. So it's not as special as it sound. The title made it sound like she had constantly fight highly trained and powerful group since A's, Which She DIDN'T.
(5:45) now it's a few years later. Yeah it did show a year and it want me to do calculation with a made up calendar. I say screw that. Not like I care enough to memorize the last number.
Okay so now Subaru is grown up and with Tia and they want to take a test. This reminds me of the exams they make ninja take in Naruto... Take a guess when I left that series.

Arf is unlisted. Her power seems all over the place now that I think about it. A weaken Yuuno held her at bay many times in season one, and Zafira(whom is estimated as AA), couldn't completely defeat her. (I didn't watch the Movie, I don't care what happened there).
So the only lowest rank of a named mage is an 'A' then.
Meaning that we are starting this series with characters that Yunno can walk all over with. Wow. They put him and Arf on the bus for these two?
(7:33) (Fate and Hayate in the Chopper) Fate looks good in that uniform. Maybe it's because it matches the color of Barrier jacket. Hayate looks like they were just trying to match her hair.
(7:37) I don't think a grade below a B rank counts as having potential, Hayate.
(8:20) (Nanoha in some room)Okay Nanoha, I'll ask. Why are you hiding in a room by yourself watching the magical TV with sun shining through it? Doesn't look like you can see well like that. Why are you not with the other two in the helicopter?

(9:15) (Subaru and Tia mention that they can't fly)Wait, they can't fly? Didn't every mooks in previous season can? Are you telling me that those mooks (they are the good guys btw) are more likely have the advantage in beating these two?
(9:25) (3 robots are shooting at Subaru. They are shooting a lot) that many laser and they cannot hit Subaru while she just rollerblade straight at them without moving her muscle. This sounds like an easy test.
(9:45) (Subaru load cartridge) Loading a cartridge for power up. That is allowed for the exam? I guess the cartridge are more like being a Super Saiyan. Everyone can do this as the series goes on and it's no longer special.
(10:23) (Tia Swings with her grappling hook / gun hybrid)You know. I think a gun that can be use as a grappling hook is a bad idea. You lose one, you lose the other, and you can't grapple and shoot at the same time.
Eyecatch. The two weaker than the weakest named mage in A's. Can they even handle dealing with the Jewel seed monsters?
(11:30) (Tia Ducking for cover)Oh Tia, you don't need to hide like that, you can just go out and shoot them all. Those robot can't hit shit.
(11:35) (Subaru moving slowly in a predictable pattern) See. Subaru is going slowly and they still can't shoot her.
(12:22) (Tia trick the robots by using the grappler function to get the robots attention by shooting at the gun only) The robots was shooting Tia's gun for 5 seconds. I think that's the only reason why Fate and Hayate was surprised when they see this.

(12:30) (Subaru being invisible and skating up towards the enemy) I do want to know how long they can go invisible like that. For all I know they can do this for the entire exam. I want some establishment.
(12: 50) (Subaru, Tia attacking the robot together and they both do a..) No , you two are not doing a Double Shinku Hakouken. Stop making it sound like you are. All the while the Robots decided to not shoot at them for 10 seconds as they were yelling.
(13:07) (Fate and Hayate are discussing about Subaru and Tia) Are you sure Fate, Hayate? They are promising base on what?
(13:23) (Talk talk talk...)Hey Tia is agreeing with me about the robots
(13:32) (Surprise ATTACK!!!)Ha.. The robots can't even shoot someone in the back quick enough.
(13:50) (the monitor that Nanoha/Fate/Hayate was watching got cut off. They mention a stray bullet hits the camera.) What do the camera looks like? And how can it get hit? Didn't it get established that camera can record at any angle at whatever distant like on the Asura? Why do they only have one camera in a place where there are many laser shooting everywhere? I'm surprised that this camera haven’t been shot earlier by a stray bullet from the robots.
(14:15) (DODGE!!!) Wow. And people complain about Yuuno getting beaten by a jewel seed monster in the beginning. Tia just sprained her ankle while dodging. At least now I know she can't handle that same jewel seed.
(14:40) (Talk talk talk... Remember what happened last time) I just met you two. Please don't go emo on me and start crying.
(15:20) (Talk talk talk... me thinking about something else)Hold on. What's the time limit of this exam again? Could they just take their time?
(15:45) (I can't go on without you speech) Subaru I thought I told you not to start crying. Time well spent.
(15:59) (Subaru talking about breaking rules to win) Remember kids, It's not cheating unless you get caught.
(16:02) (Subaru saying that she might not pull off whatever she's thinking) …If you can't cheat then don't bother in doing it. Make up your mind.
(16:17) (Subaru can't make up her mind) so whatever you were planning you might end up hurting Tia. So are you going to do this or not?
(16:25) (Tia yelling at Subaru) I think I like Tia a little more, even she thinks Subaru indecisiveness is annoying and know where this is going.
(16:46) (Talks done. Now what?) okay time left is 3 minutes and 40 seconds after wasting 2 minutes with the above scene. I'm assuming you have to reach a goal. Now how far is it?
(17:27) (What looks like Tia being shot at and she slowly side step from the shots. Cut to hayate asking...) High-speed? Hayate? Her first thought was high-speed movement? No wonder why Hayate isn't a fighter in this continuity. If that was high-speed than what do she call the speed of a katana running though her back in Force? Ludicrous speed might sound too slow for her.
(17:35) (Boom!!!)Yep. The only time the robot hit anything is against illusions.
(17:42) (Tia talking about how much energy she put in the shadow images of herself) yeah I think it's a lot better to just use a invisibility illusion and just walk past everything. Seems like she would lose less energy if she does.
(18:00) (Subaru standing on a building while she's "Cheating") you know I don't see anything that consider cheating. What are the rules anyway? How am I suppose to know what to look out for if I don't have the rules?
(18:38) (Subaru using wing road)I see a flaw in Wing Road. It's just tells everyone where you are most likely to go.
(18:40) See even the robot knows. From the other side of a wall.
(18:45) (Tia suddenly appear behind the robot and distract it. Robot shoots and it turns out to be illusions) I'll forgive the robot. If someone suddenly appears behind me, I would turn around and shoot just in case.
(19:08) (Subaru acting like the kool aid man) the robot forgot about the Wing Road. Or rather wait for Subaru to crash through the walls.
(19:19) (robot didn't go down instantly. it created a barrier) What is this? A boss type robot? It's not going down as fast as the others. I know it looks different from the other robot but I want some establishment first. Like someone saying this is a robot stronger than all of the other and if there is just one of these things or if there are a lot.
(19:50) (Subaru's Divine Buster) In name only... But then again it's just a beam of energy. It can still be call the Kamehameha for all I care.
(20:10) (boss robot goes boom and the to reunite)Tia said one minute left. I look at my notes, looks like 30 seconds left. Oh well.
(20:52) (Subaru piggyback Tia and race for the finish line. Tia mention about Subaru not thinking about stopping and Subaru is surprised by this) *Face Palm*
(21:05) (zoom past the goal) Well. They reach the goal on time. That's good right?
(21:19) (Nanoha create a net for them) Nanoha create a net by creating a explosions?
(21:42) (Rein 2 yells a them) So how many points get deducted for almost slamming into a wall, Rein 2? And what are their points anyway.
(21:59) (Surprised! It's Nanoha!)I still can't get over how ridiculous Nanoha looks in her Barrier jacket. Now that I think about it why were they hiding her face when she was alone in that room. Do the creators think we don't know that was Nanoha?
(22:31) (talk talk talk) I know I said that Fate look good in her uniform due to the color scheme similar to her Barrier jacket. But I just can't say the same about Nanoha's. Maybe because I just look at how ridiculous her Barrier jacket is.
(22:58) (talk talk talk)Subaru's crying moment #2. I still don't know much about her at this point except that Nanoha saved her life once. I really cannot sympathize with her at all.

Wow... I hate this episode more than I thought, I think I ended up blocking it out the first time. All of the robots are dull looking to the point I didn't care about what separate them from each others when I first saw this episode. After seeing the series last time I remember them looking like the ones the antagonist use later on in the series.
*looks at clock* yikes. might not be able to do episode 2.
