you mean something like :
Random guy from the anime staff : it's not sad enough, how about this?
Urobucher : yeah, that's perfect!

Oh, well that's still not as weird and cruel as the bad endings from Saya no Uta ... but much more controversial though

off topic but..

Gen Urobuchi gets more infamy then he deserves.

I've seen the interviews and I've seen his work.

I think he's really suffering from Chuunibyou / 8th grader disease instead of being a misanthrope like some may think

Mohiro Kitoh on the other hand..

I can sense that this guy's soul is as black as the night sky

Pissed me off to no end too. I was expecting to finally see Ein's true ending in all it's glory and then...

What the <bleep> did he have against Ein?

Urobuchi actually worked on the Phantom TV series. He personally wrote the scripts for ep6, 18, and 25. Kuroda was in charge of series composition and wrote the final episode though. But Urobuchi being on the writing staff means he had direct input on the project, considering he's the original author of the game as well.

Well I guess he liked the Requiem version pretty much because they're gonna release that renewal Xbox version with the designs from this version and even some of scriptwriters of it are involved.

noitaminA usually don't produce fanservice-heavy shows, so we don't have to worry about that. Personally, I'm looking forward to some manservice to statisfy fujoshis and some romance between the two main characters.

That might have been true in the past but they just produced things like Guilty Crown & Black Rock Shooter not so long ago.

For the record, Urobuchi is also capable of writing hilarious comedy (e.g. Zoku Satsuriku no Jango and parts of his Black Lagoon novels), interesting/funny/quirky fanservice (ditto), and whatnot. His writing isn't quite as one-note as some would have it seem....

I actually think most of us enjoy Urobuchi's writing. I don't necessarily agree with the outlook he presents in his writings but I find those themes interesting & compelling all the same.

His works tend to create good discussions and debates too.

Did you watch it? Half the series has random gags about how the loli-robot is programmed to "please" people in various ways. :P

Oh yeah I forgot that one, although the fanservice isn't really on that part. You very exaggerating for the amount though. But you right... there's lot of fanservice on noitaminA at these days.

It's true that the latest noitaminA series have fanservice, but what I'm talking about is that the ecchiness isn't on the same level than a Queen's Blade or High School DxD.
