It trully is fishy, considering the last chapter of railgun had written that new chapter will be out 27.2.
Something certainly must have happened..
(But probably not to Kamachi (maybe the editor), as those other mangas are also taking a break)

The issues in Dengeki Daioh are numbered by months, current issue is APRIL ISSUE, next one is MAY ISSUE.

Dengeki Daioh is an extreme example of the issue month being two months ahead. Usually it's one month ahead, since most monthly magazines which issue a few day before the month uses the next month as their issue month (of example, the March edition would normally be released around February 25~28).
