This final verse should be Emi Evans.
Aoi I think is the opening only. Onitsuka got the short end. This Silence is Mine only plays in the D route ending... which is like... I think only 1% of the playership will be able to see.... Consider the Emi Evans final boss is absolutely insane. |

I have to correct myself here.
Emi Evans did not participate in DoD3. So it is not her who did the last boss theme. And the ending credit is really not well organized to find who did who. Aoi and Onitsuka are only stated of only singing their respective theme song in the credit... So who sand the last boss music and the arrangement for Tsukiru anyway? |

I got baited into watching a playthrough of this by a combination of:
What I got after like 20 minutes of gameplay including intro:
Honestly, I'd keep watching this just for Uchida Maaya cause I would never get to hear this side of her voice in anime, but that nicovideo just sealed the deal for me (though I'm more curious about the horse ). Anyway, is DG3's story stand alone? If not, is there like a 3-sentence-ish (approx.) summary for the previous ones to get me up to speed? Are the web novels worth reading? Sorry if this have been brought up in the previous posts I might've missed 'em. |

I'm nearly at the final boss, and as I've been spoiled as to what it is mechanically (thankfully I don't know the story behind that appearance) I'm prepared to succumb to madness ^^;
I don't know if I'll try to get all weapons to LV4 though, for the platinum, it's going to take too much time grinding the same 3 requests over and over again Maybe in the long run I'd be able to do it but if not, I won't be too upset about it. |

Yes, this game is out sourced. Yokotaro's under-resourced company does not have the power to develop the whole thing themselves, and we know we can't expect Square to help them.
The company the game out-sourced to is... not good. As far as I know, almost all of that company's game has terrible loading problem, and really really bad at optimizing the game. DoD3 ties into DoD1 related franchise. Though a summary would be hard.... I also recommend reading the on line novel too, and you'll understand what Octa is doing with the horse... Remember, all the apostles are hentai, gross level hentai. |

There's not a lot of options when it comes to cheap 3rd-party development mercenaries in Japan for action games, sadly.
Platinum is the cream of the crop among them, and they're far from cheap. ( and fully booked too, with W101 and Bayo2 )

Or they can, you know, make our main female in a muscular older man or with personality entirely different. Special treat for the westerners. Yes, Nier is still a wound I won't forget, don't judge me.
Anyway, this game can't soon enough. Oh, I've heard that this will be digital only. I'm really hoping it is changes soon enough...

What.. are you talking about....
If they changed Zero in any way I'd be pissed. Yes, I'll judge you because everyone seem to think that just because I have a picky selection of female protags that I never want a game to have a female protag. I don't mean to look like I hate female protags, its just there aren't that many GOOD ones. I wonna know if anything links to Caim or Angelus because they are my favorite drakenguard characters so far, Zero might easily take that place tho.

Hmm.. clearly a misunderstanding...
I was talking about the Nier thingy. Two versions, you know? We got the muscle man and they got the anime bishie. I'm just joking about changing Zero into muscle girl or something similar like that for us westerners. Not that I want that mind you. I love Zero the way she is.
