Not that we really needed to wait for one, but we took that as our cue to start up the rocky hill in front of us. Sakura stepped out onto the rocks first, and I followed behind her. She was definitely more used to climbing these rocks than I was, after all. I probably would have just hurt myself if I went out in front. Still though, if she were to lose her footing and start to fall, I'd be right there to catch her. I'm not very strong and I've always been kind of frail, but even someone like me should be able to catch a girl as thin and light as Sakura.

I think the whole point of the novel was to subvert the expectations. Just because the main heroine and love interest was a loli in his previous work, doesn't mean she would be this time.

If the anime is still adapting stuff(i cant find any info on the novels so i cant say it hasn't gone original yet) I wonder where we are.

For reference at this point in the anime they are on an island to do stuff for a resort. The show feels like its covered probably 3 novels with how the pacing feels. If anyone knows I would love to have reference.

For a moment I read it as the artist not doing this series anymore because no lolis when it does. Well considering the series is near over. I was curious what the author was doing (vol11 was on February)
In case you're curious just like with Ro kyu bu's main characters Jun and Hibiki will end together. Nothing new or groundbreaking. There is another volume to come though I don't know if it will be the last.

Vol 11 was actually the final volume, at least for the main story. Don't know if there will be another volume.

As for the author's new series the girl is just wearing gothloli outfit but she's not a loli which is obvious from the pic.

Author said he will release volume 12 though he didn't say when. Probably either an after story or side stories.

Gothloli will have lolis, just believe. Author can't fight 10 years of writing lolis.
