And spoilers are not bad, they actually make you more excited when you know that something good is coming up.

And if people hate spoilers, then why so many people check manga spoilers? Just check all those new realeased chapter threads, there are bunch of spoiler lovers. And they are not that different from actual show spoilers.

As for Ep44 the throwing swords with feet were pretty silly in my eyes. The bathhouse scene was hilarious, I guess it's even now. Still a fairly decent episode though someone should punch Natsu to get it into his head that it's not possible to break that barrier. Looking forward to 'Darkness' Freed and his abilities.

Juvia used a geyser attack against Gray when she got mad -> her body is made of special water which has boiling and freezing points adjustable to her emotions.

But yeh, I think that fights could be made longer... they might seem long in manga but here it just ends before it could start. Animators could add some filler parts duringh the fight.

Yeah I actually felt the same way, it almost looks like the anime team is rushing through the story to get it all to fit into a given timeframe. Of course now I have no idea what that timeframe might be after watching that scene with Gajeel... On the other hand they usually add a new op before the arv even ends and we haven't gotten it yet... GAH, I wish we would get some confirmation one way or the other

We only get new OP's when a new anime season begins, and that's not until the beginning of October. Current arc should be over by then, so we should know soon enough if the series will end or not if we don't hear any information about a new OP or ED on the official site or newtype.

They've been doing a new opening every 12 episodes, so we wouldn't be due for one until about episode 48.

Its surprising that they didn't changed the OP/ED for these episodes, since the battle of fairy tail has few episodes left until it ends.

Also they added the gajeel traitor part, while removing what happened after the tower of paradise arc. Whats the point of remove some parts of future arcs and leave others?.

Shiroth Beautiful fighter. Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: England, UK Age: 37	Spoiler for Episode 45: Well that was quite the epic episode. Freed vs Mirajane has to be the most over the top battle in the manga to date, and that aspect of it was capture so well animated, especially with such fitting music. Sure the fight is very Dragon ball, though that doesn't make it any less awesome. It was handled very well, especially the last scene with Freed in tears. The piano theme of the main theme was a great fit for such a scene. Animation could have been a little better, though it did shine in a few scenes. Shame Loke's time to shine was pretty short at the start of the episode, though it was still good. Same goes for Juvia's epic moment ;_____;. I'd be surprised if anyone watched that scene without a tear in their eye. Well next week begins the big showdown with Laxus. Anyway Bickslow looks freaky under his helmet with a big cross between his eyes. Being a doll would be creepy although some people would probably like a Lucy (or a Leo or a Happy) doll. Also "I Love Lucy", I wonder if Japan ever got that show and if it's supposed to be a reference. Also Leo is far more powerful than he was and he was decently powerful then. Yay for Levy and her gibberish (Plus the Cheerleader and the Tortoise) letting Natsu and Gajeel out. Although there's bad Gajeel foreshadowing on the horizon but it might not turn out to be relevant before the show ends. Anyway Cana's fight kind of disappointed. She hasn't been shown to be very strong in spite being around since the others. But Mirajane's speech at the end was really nice. Also Happy can't be the final boss because he's the MAIN CHARACTER. Loki's fight was too short to comment anything worthy. It happened so fast that I didn't even prepared to feel the vibe. But anyway, his ''old self'' look is good to see nevertheless Juvia's sad moment felt like out of place. Maybe it's more epic in manga, but here, I didn't feel a thing except smiling for how silly it looked. Mira was always awesome but Demon Mira? She is my official toe to toe favorite female character with Erza. The fight was eh.. nice? I'm guessing if different animator did it it would have been more awesome. Low budget is just low. But I'm glad they gave her a respectful fight. They added so much stuff in the episode that everything didn't feel as epic as it should be. Now I'm kinda respecting all the dragging with other fighting anime out there. Mystogan was shown in preview? Damn it, hope he isn't defeated by Laxus __________________

Hoped to see more from Cana especially after Juvia's sacrifice but it was made up with Mirjane... man she really is a demon! She would totally PWN Natsu and even Erza would have a hell of a fight with her, maybe she even would loss at this point. Loved how everyone had their mouths open when she blew Freed up. If she had landed that last hit, his head would be a pancake. The air pressure was enough to make earth shake. Hope it is not the last time we see her use power. So Gajeel is still a bad guy? Eat that OP haters, that part was not spoiled! Though I have a feeling that he might become good eventually... I don't think that anime will end after this arc, all the missed parts could be incluses later on.
