I do not know what town Yamada lives in. But if that's what the park is like on Christmas Eve, a night when things are supposed to be given, I can only wonder what it's like on the other 364 days of the year. Also, a bit more screentime for Chika than usual is good, since she apparently will be singing on the character song album. And if someone is to sing, it's good that they get at least a bit of characterization. But the tide of holidays can't be stopped, because we're going to jump ahead two months, give or take a week, pretty soon.

Christmas eve is actually considered one of the "sexiest" nights of the year in Japan ... it's really just a "date night" holiday - moreso than Valentine's Day or White Day, even. Since most Japanese folks aren't Christian, they don't really celebrate Christmas for the religious reasons, but only the secular - and b/c it's pretty (lights, gifts, etc.) it seems romantic, so there you have it.

So basically, it wouldn't be weird to see lots of couples hooking up on Christmas eve - that's the major hook-up night!

I'm starting to wonder about Yamada's parents. Both Yamada and her sister really are something . Damn Chika is using the charms to get pampered endlessly. Still a pretty good sister in getting Yamada into proper clothing for the date. Kind of funny that the one who has such a crazy goal is probably the one who will settle down with one guy first.

Really do enjoy this series from the different perspective we are getting. Really get a more full picture seeing Kosuda agonize over wanting to ask Yamada out and Yamada celebrating when he can't see her.

But yeah as expected that date was full of chaos. Grabbing the wrong person and of course Kosuda avoids the secret technique. Though have to admit her eye powers are pretty impressive. The search mode was great . Kosuda is a pretty good guy. Definitely delved into his thoughts more than some might have when it came to almost confessing. Yamada gave some interesting reactions with the conflict between joy and wanting to flee. Still gotta love him cheering after the kiss. Though Yamada's reaction was important. Follows the series in that while she has everything figured out in her head reality is different.

But wow things got pretty chaotic in that park. Poor Takeshita should just believe in her instincts. They were closer than Yamada just peacefully going home after that phone call. Cool to have their angel and devil guys come out after those cameras . But didn't think things would get that serious. Sure they didn't go all the way, but things definitely happened this time around.

Chika is Lolicon bait and knows how to use it, unlike her older sister who can't get a guy without messing it up. Come on, Chika, show Onee-chan your secret!

I loved this episode mainly because it brought up memories of my first date where I was a nervous wreck. Love how Yamada always gets nervous and plays the Tsundere card and I'm happy that though awkwardly, they finally kissed and other things (groping = awesome)

The jokes worked very well for me in this episode. The love park and everything that happened during that scene was awesome. The funniest part for me was probably Kosuda wondering what Yamada has had in mind all this time, immediatly following with a shot of Yamada going "I WANT TO FUCK !" with an hilarious face

Good to see some development in this episode, and not just on the sex side. Kosuka and Yamada are clearly falling hard for each other. They still have a long way to go, though.

Exactly, she knows her strong points and how to use them. She's already handling the guys way better than Yamada. I really liked how Kosuka stopped before he kissed her and really wondered whether he liked her or not. It kind of foreshadows that the two need to and will get to know each other better before things go further. At least they are both on the same page now (with wanting to have sex). It was so funny how they were bummed out riding the train back. I hope that they end up having sex by the end of the series, but that Yamada realizes that she really only wants to be with him, etc. etc.

That part had me red in the face with laughter! The look on her face was made of pure win. I also liked her logic about the piercings as a gift meaning he wants to penetrate her. Good stuff.

They've come pretty far already, I wonder what will happen next? The kiss has already happened and he even groped her breasts so there's half the bases right there.

This was another hilarious episode!

- About Chika, Yamada’s sister…never underestimate the power of a loli! Chika might be younger than Yamada, but she is way cleverer than her sister in the art of wining a boy’s heart.

- Kosuda being so concerned about her date with Yamada was so sweet. He is so thoughtful; he even got her a Xmas gift.

- Yamada grabbing the wrong guy and running with him (and his girlfriend) was so funny , just as funny as the powers of Yamada’s eyes we got to witness in this episode.

- Yay! They kissed!! Kosuda is such a nice guy, I loved how he stopped to think about his feelings for Yamada and wonder if he really liked her and if he should kiss her before actually doing it. And Yamada being all embarrassed and shy after the kiss was so adorable!!! I love when Yamada acts like that.

- And what a park!!! I don’t think I would be comfortable doing it in a park like that…especially with all those peeping toms…

This series deserves to be better rated. People where to quick to pull "ugh not another generic romance anime" on this series when it's actually the opposite of that. Hell there's been more movement/development between the two leads than most other romance series I can think of. Kosuda actually has balls unlike most male leads, hell by choice he's grope Yamada's breast in ep 4. Yamada character is well Yamada how many female leads have we gotten like her?

How can a series about this subject be so innocently cute?

What really drives the fun here is that the two protagonists are absolutely clueless about every aspect of both love and sex. The difference is that Kosuda knows he's clueless, while Yamada is spectacularly delusional about her own level of sophistication.
