Btw, why is this LN under harem genre?
Even though this has multiple girls, its not a harem but a romance between the protagonist(Ikki) and Stellar. The story focuses in the development of the couple's relation.

Edit:
The series sold 250,000 copies already with the release of volume 4(released in 15/3/14). So basically 60,000+ each volume. That's quite a high sales for a new LN series. So the announcement for the anime adaptation will be coming out(probably around the release of v5 or v6).

It was pretty good so far. The chairman apparently goes by the name of World Clock, the former 3rd strongest in the world.

And Ikki defeated her with the use of his Ittou Shura. That's completely awesome.

Stella is disbelieving that Ikki is the weakest. She thinks that he's some type of ninja.

Also, it's confirmed. Ikki failed because the academy only tested magic and not martial arts.

We get more info on Stella's motivation in this as well, so we'll know a bit more about her.

You do realize that she is still a princess of a country, right ?
If he did anything stupid, he would have a whole country's military after him.

but he is kissing another girl in one of the pics of vol 1. how can it be simply a romance?

Not a problem. That princess is the main fighting force of that military - and she serves him now - and the country is small and poor enough to not even provide suitable lodgings for her.

I guess that why the princess work so hard to stand at where she is now, for her country. A non-spoiled but a royal who actually do something, I like that trait.
