Westlo, have you listened to the album that supercell did with nagi, "Today is a Beautiful Day"? It has a number of good "faster paced songs" in the league of the Bakemonogatari ED:

Hoshi ga kagayaku konna Yoru ni

Sayonara memories

And Hero, as mentioned above.

supercell likes to have fun with some of these songs, like track 3, I guess. Here's one from nagi:

I don't like any of them, but at least can say nagi's the one I prefer out of the 3, even with the cover voice included.

Looks like my opinion is exactly the opposite of most people in this thread, then, since I found "My Dearest" pretty unremarkable in comparison to its B-sides. "Zainin" is nicely stripped-down, "Daihinmin" has a distinctly punkish appeal, and both of them fit Koeda's vocals better than "My Dearest" does. I'm surprised to see that they're held in such low regard.

Daihinmin is the unpopular track because the style is not the same kind of music people usually like supercell for in my opinion.

I'm personally more interested in Chelly's songs than Koeda's.

I see your point, but I'd rather see supercell trying something different and occasionally failing than sticking with the same style over and over again for comfort.

One of the things I really love about supercell is that they do try different styles. That being said, I really don't like Daihinmin that much. I think Worldwide Love is still the song I dislike the most, but it's close.

Though Sinner (Tsumibito) grew on me, and now I think I might love it even more than My Dearest. So I have no real problem with Koeda. I just hope it's not too long till we hear more, but since Guilty Crown will be in its second half soon, maybe it won't be long at all?

Ryo's doing the ED for Nisemonogatari (though ClariS is singing it) in any case, and that comes out in February. And I think Nagi has a single coming out of the end of that month, too.

Had no idea the track was unpopular, well that won't stop me from enjoying it.
