I just hope they make swimsuits for all the characters not just Ganryu and Kuma.

If someone is really excite about getting the players one will buy 2 copies of the game from different stores and sell the other game without the other DLC.
But probably much like Dampire in SCV we gotta wait a few months before they can be accessed in PSN/SEN.

I mean, people. It's. Free. My god. (also learned the song used in the recent trailer is Will Smith. Say whaaaaat? ) Oh, and the caption for that DLC character trailer says "the first four free DLC characters," so it looks like we might get those final two after all? |

Hmm....makes me wonder if the DLC characters have endings or they tie in with the endings of other characters and consider them as endings? Or might we suddenly fight DLC characters like in SCV where Dampire is sometimes selectable as an opponent?

I got a chance to play this in the arcades at Akiba when I was in Japan earlier this year and it's definitely quite fun. Tekken 3 and the first Tekken Tag Tournament are two of my most favorite fighting games and this new installment is definitely a must have! Can't wait to get this one.
Xiaoyu and King are ftw!

Sorry, maybe I'm just completely missing it when it's right in front of my face, but where are the 5 empty slots you're talking about? All I see on the top row aside from Kuni and Angel are the lower halves of big!Kuni and Steve's outfits.

Wonder if they're gonna put in Forest Law here with a new moveset and he'll look more like Brandon Lee. Much like they did for Jaycee or probably it's Julia Chang with her original moveset.
Another comes to mind is Dr.Bosgonovitch. Alex the Raptor probably will be a costume for Roger jr.

LOL! Michelle don't forget about me. Truly with her new younger voice, I really think it's her younger self here. She was 22 in the last Tekken we saw, so she'll be 38 or 42 by now. Her moves are re-animated/re-done, but still much like the TTT1 Michelle moveset.
Seems Angel doesn't have the twin pistons anymore or probably not shown here.Loving her double team with Devil Jin. Whao Ancient Ogre can counter while getting life?! O_o Or probably not.... Kunimitsu with her new moveset will most likely be more effective, though still probably will be balanced out with her low HP.

According to Kane (a well-known Lili player within Tekken community), Angel still has twin pistons and her movesets are a mix of her original, Devil Jin's, Devil's, and Kazuya's. Nah, that Ogre's move is most probably the same like the one back in T3 but reanimated. Pretty much like Jin's b 1+2 stance. Kunimitsu was said to have the best movement so far, especially her dashes. Her moves are powerful, but most of them aren't safe. So she's a risky character.

And about Ogre yes that move. Haven't played T3 and TTT1 HD in awhile busy with DD and other stuff so I didn't noticed. That might be it. So Michelle now is the Julia here I guess. Hope now Angels twin pistons hit, before it only hits when at counter short arms. lol Now awaiting Proto-Type Jack announcement and Forest Law mention.

So this "force choke" move by Ogre is now canon.
I remember back when the two ogres first showed up, they had the same moveset. So when True Ogre did that move he would grab the opponent by the neck with his long arm. But Ogres arms were much shorter, which with the same moveset and everything just copypasted, meant that he did not quite reach his opponent. It was the same for many of his moves, but this one was where it became most visible. Now the explanation is, of course, "magic". I see. |
