As of volume 14, Bell is using Hestia Knife and Hakugen as his weapon. He lost his armor, Pyonkichi Mk-V but still left with a Goliath Muffler, which was fashioned by Welf and Cassandra.

I know there is a lot of talk regarding Ryu joining the Hestia familia. I know someone also talked about the Hermes familia as another candidate.

There is something else I wanted to point out about Ryu joining the Hestia familia if this part has yet to be discussed. The Astraea familia was the type of familia to help those in need. In fact, in a lot of ways the Hestia familia is like that as well. You can even consider the Hestia familia spiritual successors to the Astraea familia. The ideals to help others stems from Bell Cranel in of the Hestia familia.

That being said this is also another good reason for Ryu to join. It would fit in with what she was taught when the Astraea familia was still around.

This will in turn also help balance out the Hestia familia in terms of adventurers who can fight. Recruitment is needed right now considering how long it takes to level up.

Hardly. The Astrea Familia was closest thing Orario had to law enforcement. The closest thing Bell came to that was saving Haruhime. Joining the Hestia Familia won't mean they'll suddenly go patrolling the streets for Orario sniffing for crime. They got dungeon exploring to do. Ryuu's gonna have to keep her crime busting to individuals like Bell does.

If not the same then at least similar to each other. I'm not saying they'll patrol the streets as law enforcement but at the same time this doesn't mean that they won't help keep order in Orario like other familias either. This would be limited do to the fact that Bell will go against even the law to help others if need be.

Ryu is the type to help others even after what happened in the past. A great example is Episode Ryu. Which involved Ryu helping to rescue a girl from the casino. She would fit very well in the Hestia Familia as opposed to other candidates like the Hermes familia.

Yen Press has a bad record of continuing to delay NGNL volumes. There has been around 5 instances of Yen Press announcing that they were delaying a volume.

It's actually an ongoing joke that Yen Press secretly hates NGNL.

It's not hard to believe that. I knew this would happen to Danmachi eventually, especially since we caught up to japan, but my guess was that they finish the xenos trilogy before that and then keep pushing Vol.12 backwards.Only good thing is that's just a small delay. you don’y need a group, it is what kind of Lv. 6 adventurer that would be a good fit against Juggernaut, the right kind could be instant kill since Juggernaut is pretty weak defense wise, (Aiz, Bete, etc, the one who wield unbreakable adamant weapon or use magic+weapon combo like Argo Vesta, of which Aiz is both.), however the wrong kind (pure magic user like Riveria) probably is dead meat and can only try run away.

Juggernaut is deadly because there is no record of it in the guild, (since it only appears once? in the history) so a first encounter against people not wielding unbreakable weapon or magic users not properly prepare there is simply no counter, once words get out what kind of monster it is the survival rate will go up.

How much of an accomplishment would it be if Bell soloed the Juggernaut? He was about to land the killing blow before Jura interfered.
