If anything we'll probably see Fina roughly within the next five or six episodes.

Why did Zaka used this trick to disguise Rosie? Because she is a woman. And this is a miner town/concentration camp for Darcsens. Logically the only women there would be Darcsens, or those working in "entertainment" industry. Given that Rosie looks nowhere near like a Darcsen, he decided to disguise her as a prostitute, already busy one, so patrol would not want to "check her out".

With the stupidly fast pace this is going, three episodes. Actually, five or six is good when you take the comedic filler episodes into account.

Actually it isn't.

Only part of the town is for that purpose. If you watch closely there are several other women in the town who are not Darcsens.
