I feel your pain, I thought first it was maybe a placeholder date. When Amazon listed the same release date, I realized they were serious.
The first books have been released every 4 months. Now they suddenly need almost a year for book 5, and why they need that much time out of nowhere is beyond my guessing, but it still sucks.

Now book 7, which has one of the most interesting premise for me, is out and I have to wait for years to read that.

I looked at the book 7 illustrations and I really wonder what is happening in the last picture with GS and HEA.
I like the entire group relationship because it is really hearty and they take care of each other without turning it into a harem or love setting or similar nonsense (I exspecially despise harem).

Somebody had luck or time to find out and can give a gist?

It might just be me, but they are probably pulling anyone switcheroo like in the manga: epic looking trailers to make the real tone of the series for the newcomers.

It seems Kumo Kagyu has a very strong vision of where this is going or at least a big chunk of the story he wants to write.
